The episode commences with Ekam firmly declaring to Nehmat that their time together has come to an end. He proceeds to sign the divorce papers, leaving Nehmat utterly astounded. Despite Nehmat’s desperate attempts to halt him, Ekam remains resolute in delivering the divorce papers to Harleen. In a surprising turn of events, Nehmat unexpectedly agrees to be with Ekam. Ecstatic at her decision, Ekam embraces a newfound sense of joy.
However, Nehmat places a condition on their relationship. She insists that Ekam must bestow upon Harleen all the rights, happiness, and privileges of a wife. Moreover, Nehmat insists that Ekam must never allow Harleen to feel like she is a mere replacement for Nehmat in his life.
While Ekam agrees to grant Harleen the rights of a wife, he adamantly refuses to reciprocate her love, as his heart still belongs to Nehmat. Deep within her thoughts, Nehmat resolves to make Ekam gradually fall in love with Harleen, while Ekam devises a plan to make Nehmat realize his unwavering affection for her. Seizing the moment, Ekam proposes that they go out and celebrate their decision. Just as they prepare to leave, Harleen coincidentally arrives at their location, discovering Ekam’s presence. Nimmo swiftly intervenes, escorting Harleen away from the scene. Expressing his gratitude to Nehmat, Ekam departs, urging her to meet him outside.
Nimmo accompanies Harleen as they spend time together. Suddenly, Ekam calls Harleen and informs her that he has prepared breakfast for her. He urges her to have it, leaving Harleen pleasantly surprised. Meanwhile, Nimmo intervenes and stops Sartaj from entering Nehmat’s room. She assures Sartaj that she will take care of Nehmat and advises him to attend to his own tasks. Delighted, Harleen discovers the breakfast Ekam prepared and eagerly indulges in it. In the meantime, Nehmat deliberately sets the divorce papers on fire and expresses to Nimmo her determination to make Ekam regret taking her for granted despite her deep love for him.
Nehmat approaches Harleen and reveals that Ekam has mentioned their plan to go out as a group of four. Harleen, however, clarifies that she recently spoke with Ekam, and he didn’t mention any such plan. Nehmat explains that Ekam is organizing a surprise outing for Harleen and has invited both her and Sartaj to join them. She encourages Harleen not to be suspicious all the time and advises her to express her love for Ekam that night. Nehmat assures Harleen of her assistance if needed. Excited by the idea, Harleen decides to surprise Ekam in return. Nehmat hopes that Ekam will come to realize his mistake.
Ekam confirms his dinner reservation on the hotel terrace during a phone call. He eagerly anticipates his long-awaited date with Nehmat. Suddenly, he receives a message from Harleen, urging him to come home quickly as she has a surprise for him. Initially, Ekam considers refusing, but he remembers Tenor’s words and changes his mind. He replies with an “ok” and plans to turn down Harleen’s surprise after returning home, informing Nehmat and preparing for their date.
In the meantime, Harleen bakes a special cake for Ekam. Nehmat approaches Harleen and offers her help. Harleen expresses gratitude to Nehmat for already providing her with an idea and reveals that she is also preparing Ekam’s favorite Chinese starter. Nehmat suggests ordering dinner online, and Harleen agrees. Naaz witnesses Harleen and Nehmat working together in the kitchen and wonders what they are up to. She starts plotting against them.
Ekam visits Harleen to decline her surprise, but he is taken aback when Harleen reveals that Nehmat informed her about Ekam’s plans to surprise her. In response, Harleen wanted to surprise Ekam as well. As Harleen receives a call and steps aside to answer it, Ekam becomes furious with Nehmat and contemplates confronting her. Surprisingly, Sartaj questions Nehmat about the surprise Harleen has prepared for all four of them. Feeling nauseous, Nehmat rushes to the restroom, assuming it’s due to acidity. Sartaj scolds Nehmat for neglecting her health and insists on taking care of the chores himself, including ironing the clothes.
Naaz and Balveer discuss the upcoming surprise party in the evening. Naaz devises a plan to seek revenge on Harleen, Nehmat, Ekam, and Sartaj for her previous humiliation. Accidentally, Sartaj burns Nehmat’s party dress, so he goes to find a replacement for her. Ekam notices this and believes that Nehmat was wrong to involve Harleen and Sartaj in their party plans. He contemplates doing something significant during the party.
