Sahiba retorts, stating that if Angad truly desired to explain things to her, he should have done so prior to the proposal, rather than afterwards.
Akaal remarks to Jabjyot that Angad is affording Garry this opportunity to rectify his past mistakes. Garry, speaking to Jasleen, expresses his refusal to proceed with the marriage to Seerat. In response, Jasleen comments that Garry is solely responsible for his current predicament. Angad assures Sahiba that this marriage will grant Garry the chance to make amends for his errors. Sahiba interjects, asserting that such a union would lead to the destruction of Seerat’s life. Jaspal suggests to Ajith that they contemplate Angad’s proposal.
Akaal inquires Ajith about his stance regarding the proposal, to which Ajith attempts to decline the Brar’s offer. However, Santosh intervenes and requests for more time to consider it. Meanwhile, Angad and Sahiba enter the hall, and Sahiba queries about the whereabouts of her parents. Gurleen informs her that they have departed, stating the need for additional time to ponder over Angad’s proposal. Akaal then makes an announcement, declaring his family’s agreement to Angad’s proposal.
Sahiba raises an objection and proceeds to explain to Akaal the reasons why accepting the proposal would be unwise. Supporting Sahiba’s viewpoint, Inder also agrees and endeavors to explain to Angad that Garry does not deserve a second chance. Likewise, Manveer concurs with Inder’s perspective and attempts to elucidate to Angad that Garry should not be given another opportunity. Sahiba firmly asserts that further discussion is futile, as her family has already made their decision, which is a resolute “no.” She then departs from the scene.
Angad offers to give Sahiba a ride home, and she hesitantly asks him if he has changed his mind. Eventually, Angad drops Sahiba off at her house. In the midst of their conversation, Sahiba questions Angad about his intentions, to which he clarifies that he hasn’t had a change of heart. However, their disagreement escalates as they argue right in front of Sahiba’s house. Unbeknownst to them, the commotion catches the attention of the Monga family, who step out of their house.
Misinterpreting the situation, Sahiba assumes that Angad deliberately dropped her off in order to confront her parents with their argument. In response, Angad explains to Sahiba that he simply didn’t want her to walk home and ensured her safety by driving her there. He then departs from the scene.
Meanwhile, Garry confides in Jasleen, expressing his reluctance to proceed with the marriage due to Angad’s apparent desire to punish him. Jasleen insists that this is Garry’s only option if he wishes to return to the Brar mansion.
Sahiba gathers the courage to share her disagreement with Angad’s proposal with her family, sparking a conversation among them. Santosh empathizes with Angad’s perspective, while Ajith voices his opposition to the proposal. Sahiba suggests that they inform Angad about their decision without delay.
