The Episode Starts with Manmeet expressing gratitude towards Hoshiyar for his assistance and allowing them to stay at Alhwat Mansion. He mentions his intention to find another place soon and relocate with his family. However, Hoshiyar insists that they stay with them instead. Hoshiyar then reveals Meet’s plan of organizing a naming ceremony for Cheeku. Meanwhile, Sumeet tends to Vani, who is unwell, by applying an ice pack. He recalls Yashoda’s belief that it helps reduce fever. Manmeet’s thoughts drift towards Yashoda, and Cheeku notices his longing. Curious, Cheeku asks Manmeet about it.

Yashoda returns her mangalsutra to Sarkar and firmly states that she won’t change her decision. She declares her intention to go and reside with Manmeet. Yashoda also mentions the auspiciousness of the day as it marks the naming ceremony for Manmeet’s son. Masoom, considering herself the aunt, anticipates having the right to suggest a name. However, Meet surprises everyone by revealing her desire to name the child after her former father-in-law, Raj Vardhan, who accepted her as his daughter. Yashoda prepares to leave Sarkar Mahal, and Sarkar, reminded of her and Manmeet’s earlier conversation, experiences a sudden attack, collapsing onto the floor. Yashoda panics upon witnessing this distressing scene.

Mahendra and Gunwanti have a sinister plan in motion to seize control of the household in the event of something happening to Sarkar. Meet playfully teases her grandmother, who is shedding tears, but she claims they are tears of joy. Sumeet affectionately calls Cheeku “Raj Bhaiya” and presents him with a family portrait featuring Meet, Manmeet, Sumeet, and Raj. Just then, Mahendra arrives with news that Sarkar has been hospitalized. The portrait slips from Raj’s hand and shatters on the floor, mirroring the broken state of Manmeet’s heart as he witnesses Sarkar’s condition. Sarkar suffers from facial paralysis and is unable to speak.

Yashoda engages in a conversation with Meet, expressing her hopes for Sarkar to change and accept Manmeet and Meet. However, she never anticipated that things would take such a tragic turn. Meet consoles Yashoda and reassures her that Sarkar will recover from this ordeal.

Sarkar finds himself alone in a wheelchair when suddenly an emergency fire alarm blares throughout the premises. Manmeet notices the alarm and rushes to support Sarkar, preventing him from falling. The doctor arrives and informs them that it was a false alarm, calming their anxieties. Sarkar seizes the opportunity to ask Manmeet for forgiveness. Manmeet acknowledges Sarkar’s love but expresses the pain caused by his own people and the responsibility he feels towards his own family. He promises Sarkar that he will be there whenever needed but ultimately decides to leave.

Manmeet entrusts the responsibility of Sarkar’s care to Mahendra. Meet accompanies Manmeet as they depart. Mahendra contemplates taking drastic measures to secure a share in Meet’s factory. Manmeet and Meet engage in a heated argument regarding his decision to leave Sarkar Mahal. Meet reminds him that it is not wrong to be concerned about Sarkar. However, Manmeet asserts that he cannot return to Sarkarpur. Meanwhile, the women of the village come to plead with Sarkar, urging him not to allow the revival of an old ritual. Yashoda inquires about the nature of the ritual, and the men reveal that wives are expected to get their husbands’ names tattooed on their hands, or else they become communal property. Yashoda questions who is behind the reinstatement of these archaic customs, and the villagers point to Mahendra, who proclaims himself as the new Sarkar. The episode concludes with Meet attempting to persuade Manmeet to return to Sarkarpur.
