The episode starts with Dimpy waking up and becoming conscious again. Nityam informs her that a doctor is on the way. Himesh reassures Nityam that Dimpy is feeling better now, so he will take her home. He encourages Dimpy to get up. Vedika suggests that Dimpy should stay in the Dalmia house, and assures her that everyone will love and care for her child. Vedika explains that she made this decision for the sake of the child, but also reminds Dimpy that things will not be the same as before. She asks Himesh if he has any objections to her decision, but Himesh appreciates and thanks her for considering their child’s well-being.
Kumud expresses her doubts about Dimpy’s intentions and warns Vedika to reconsider her decision, suspecting that it might be a new trick by Dimpy. However, Vedika assures Kumud that she has thought about it thoroughly and instructs Sonam to take care of Dimpy. Sonam promises Vedika that she won’t let her down and takes Dimpy inside the house. Kumud attempts to talk to Vedika, but Nityam intervenes and says that they will accept Vedika’s decision, as they always have.
On the other hand, Dimpy compliments Sonam but is shocked to learn that her and Himesh’s room now belongs to Sonam. Sonam guides Dimpy to the guest room instead. Dimpy comments that the guest room is larger than the servant quarters, so she doesn’t mind staying there. Sonam advises her to rest and leaves the room. Dimpy expresses her intention to undermine Sonam’s authority.
Meanwhile, Sonam believes that Dimpy is not showing her true self. She confides in Saavi, expressing her belief that Dimpy doesn’t deserve to stay in the house. Saavi explains that Vedika made the decision out of compassion for humanity, and she will protect the Dalmia family from Dimpy as long as she is there. Sonam expresses her concern that Dimpy will do anything to harm them, and she doubts if Dimpy is really pregnant with Himesh’s child. Saavi reassures her, saying that it’s not like that. Sonam asks for Saavi’s help in safeguarding the Dalmias. Saavi promises to do something and leaves the conversation.
Nityam learns that Saavi is unsure about allowing Dimpy to stay in the Dalmia house. Saavi suggests that they put aside their personal issues and work together to address Dimpy’s problem. She requests Nityam to join forces with her as partners. In his imagination, Nityam contemplates expressing his feelings for Saavi but stops himself when he notices Manav calling Saavi.
