Vidhi reminds Dev of their agreement to be open and honest with each other, avoiding any secrets or lies. She questions whether he intentionally sacrificed the tender because she was representing it. Vidhi recalls Jai’s remarks about Dev’s intentions and asks Dev directly if he did it. Dev assures her that he would never take such action, explaining that he enjoys fair fights. Kaushik intervenes, asserting that Amba must be removed from her position due to her involvement in the forgery case. As Amba pleads with Dev for some additional time, the board members inquire about the duration she requires. Seizing the opportunity, Dev reveals that Mehta’s company will take over his own, exposing Amba’s betrayal and illegal acquisition of his company.
