Som, feeling remorseful, apologizes to Rahul for his behavior. Seizing the opportunity, Rahul pretends to be willing to do anything for Som. Taking advantage of the situation, Som asks Rahul to transfer some money to him.
However, Kanchan intervenes and informs Som that Ganga’s permission is required for Rahul to transfer the funds into his account. Som decides to meet Ganga and seek her approval, but Kanchan informs him that Ganga has gone to the temple. Devising a plan, she assures Som that she will call Ganga on the phone. Pretending to make the call, Kanchan lies to Som, saying that Ganga has granted permission and adds that Som, as an owner of the shop, doesn’t need to work like Rahul and others. Kanchan further emphasizes that Som, being married, should take responsibility and become a family man. She also blames Rekha for making Som irresponsible. Som becomes upset and leaves the place. Kanchan smirks, satisfied with her successful insult aimed at Som.
Meanwhile, Gaura happily works at the dhaba. Intrigued by her cheerful demeanor, Rekha asks Gaura the reason behind her happiness. Gaura reminds Rekha about her first-ever earnings in life and how she was hired as a cook. She proudly receives her salary as a cook and decides to spend some of it on buying kulfi, inviting Rekha to join her. However, Gaura quickly realizes that Rekha cannot enjoy the kulfi since she is a spirit. Gaura ends up having the kulfi herself, savoring the moment.
Twinkle’s heart was filled with both upset and regret over her marriage to Som. The realization that he lacked financial stability worried her, and she began to lash out at Pardeshi before finally storming off. Meanwhile, Rekha sought Gaura’s assistance in teaching Kanchan and Ganga a lesson and removing Twinkle from Som’s life. However, Gaura was preoccupied with the arduous task of lifting a heavy utensil, struggling to accomplish it.
At the dhaba, Som unexpectedly spotted Gaura and confronted her about her presence there. Gaura admitted that she worked at the dhaba, but Som firmly refused to allow her to continue working there. Rekha supported Som’s decision, yet Gaura declined his offer, emphasizing the importance of both men and women working to avoid becoming a burden on their families. Rekha taunted Gaura for lecturing Som, but to everyone’s surprise, Som embraced Gaura, expressing his gratitude before departing. Gaura found herself perplexed by Som’s actions, while Rekha urged her to inform Som about Twinkle, but Twinkle remained silent.
Seeking solace, Twinkle confided in her mother about Som’s financial situation, and her mother resolved to confront Som about it. Twinkle deeply regretted her decision to marry him. Meanwhile, Som made a bold move by deciding to work at a shop to earn money. This decision left Rahul and his father shocked. Concealing his true intentions, Rahul pretended to be pleased with Som’s choice and directed him to the cash counter. Secretly, Rahul vowed not to let Som steal his place and to ensure that Som regretted this decision. He watched on, silently scheming.
