The episode commences with Prachi being pursued by a group of Goons. Upon noticing their presence, Prachi hastens towards her car, but the Goons intercept her and seize the car keys. Faced with this situation, Prachi bravely confronts the Goons, passing remarks on their demeanor, and tosses money defiantly at their faces, demanding that they leave her alone. However, the Goons persist in their misbehavior towards Prachi.
Just as the situation escalates, Ranbir intervenes by approaching Prachi and embracing her. He pretends to engage in a heated argument with her, asserting that she cannot escape from him. Seizing the opportunity, Ranbir cunningly informs the Goons that his enraged wife is upset with him due to his involvement in a few murders. Astutely, the Goons fall for Ranbir’s act.
Amplifying his pretend anger, Ranbir cunningly seizes a knife from one of the Goons, brandishing it menacingly and successfully frightening them away.
Prachi inquires if Ranbir is upset, to which he clarifies that he is merely attempting to intimidate others. Concerned, Prachi questions what she would have done if something happened to him. In an effort to soothe her, Ranbir embraces Prachi. The two of them search for the car keys but are unable to locate them. After a while, Ranbir hands the umbrella to Prachi and prepares to depart, but she stops him and returns the umbrella. As thunder rumbles, Prachi clings to Ranbir in fear. Rhea witnesses Prachi and Ranbir embracing each other, leaving her heartbroken. Rhea departs from the scene and encounters Alia. Alia embraces Rhea and escorts her to the car. Meanwhile, Prachi and Ranbir board a taxi and leave.
Alia advises Rhea to fight for her rights, emphasizing that no one will grant them to her. Overwhelmed by the events, Rhea admits that she is uncertain about what constitutes her rights. Tearfully, she walks away. Alia observes Rhea’s departure and concludes that she has undergone a complete transformation. Alia contemplates that this is Pragya’s daughter, not her own Rhea, and resolves to change her now that she has returned.
Shahana inquires why Prachi is wet, prompting Prachi to recount what occurred. Shahana expresses gratitude to Ranbir for saving her just in time. Prachi dismisses Shahana’s remark that Ranbir always comes to her rescue, insisting that there is no such thing, and walks away.
Ranbir inquires of Rhea why he is present in that place, prompting Rhea to recollect the events that occurred. Concerned for his well-being, Rhea hands Ranbir a towel and suggests he drink some hot coffee before departing from the scene. In response, Ranbir reassures Rhea that there is no need for her to take care of him in such a manner. Reflecting on past events, Rhea leaves the area.
Dadi and Shahana make preparations for Khushi’s birthday celebration, extending a warm welcome to all the children from the orphanage. Meera arrives at Prachi’s house with Khushi. Curious about Khushi’s apparent anger, Prachi questions her, but Khushi remains silent.
The police transfer Balbir to a new correctional facility. However, during the journey, the police van is halted on the road due to an accident, obstructing their path. Seizing the opportunity, Balbir seizes a gun from one of the officers and demands that the inspector remove his handcuffs. Despite the police attempting to intimidate Balbir with the prospect of further imprisonment, he refuses to succumb to their threats and insists on being freed from the restraints. Witnessing this, the inspector decides to comply, releasing Balbir from his handcuffs. Taking advantage of his newfound freedom, Balbir escapes from the custody of the police and resolves to eliminate Prachi before he is apprehended once again.
Prachi pulls Khushi aside, concerned about her anger. Khushi expresses her frustration over the orphanage staff’s refusal to let her speak with Ranbir, despite her explanation that he didn’t kidnap her. Khushi directs her anger towards Prachi for being the one who complained about Ranbir. Prachi attempts to explain her reasoning, but Khushi refuses to listen and locks herself in a room.
Prachi pleads with Khushi to open the door, but Khushi adamantly refuses, stating her intense anger. In the midst of their disagreement, Khushi overheard Meera conversing with others, discovering that if she is unhappy with Prachi as well, they won’t permit Prachi to visit her. Khushi admits to pretending to be happy when she’s truly not. Sensing the need to diffuse the situation, Shahana advises Prachi to act as if everything is fine and promises to calm down Khushi. Prachi reluctantly agrees.
Shahana appeals to Khushi to unlock the door, but Khushi remains unresponsive. Observing an open window, Shahana enters the room through it and tries to soothe Khushi. Khushi asserts that Prachi doesn’t love her. In a slip of the tongue, Shahana reveals that Prachi is her mother and that nobody loves her more than Prachi. Khushi is taken aback and questions Shahana about it. Shahana proceeds to explain that when Khushi was lost as a child, they later discovered through a DNA test at the hospital that she is Prachi’s daughter. Khushi then recalls her prayers to God, hoping that Ranbir and Prachi would be her real parents.
