Together, Ranbir, Pallavi, and Rhea arrive at Prachi’s residence, where Prachi warmly invites them inside. Prachi immediately offers her assistance, assuring Pallavi that they will help search for the bangle. Pallavi approached Prachi, expressing her desire to adopt Khushi, as she had become an integral part of their lives. However, Dadi stepped in to defend Prachi, asserting that Khushi would stay with her, emphasizing the love between Khushi and Prachi and how intertwined their lives had become. Pallavi remained unconvinced and adamantly opposed the idea. Prachi, feeling the need to appease Pallavi, apologized and reaffirmed that Khushi would remain with her. In response, Pallavi accused Prachi of stealing their happiness, reminiscent of a previous incident. Ranbir, joining in, accused Prachi of never bringing him happiness and even arguing over the smallest joys. Prachi felt deeply hurt by their words. Pallavi and Ranbir, deeming it futile to continue speaking with Prachi, left the scene.
Later, Pallavi envisioned a dream where Ranbir approached her, apologizing to Prachi. However, she coldly dismissed his apology, uninterested in his remorse, and sent him away.
In the meantime, Akshay arrived to meet Prachi. He mentioned that Dadi had informed him about the recent events. Akshay revealed his understanding that Prachi desired to have Khushi, and he remarked that at least Ranbir comprehended her, unlike her ex-husband, who failed to understand her. Prachi realized that Akshay was unaware that Ranbir was her ex-husband.
Rhea recounts the incident to Alia, explaining what had transpired. Alia offers her advice, suggesting that Rhea should leverage the situation to her advantage. However, Rhea disagrees, expressing her reluctance to engage in manipulative tactics.
