Lakshmi approached Vikrant, urging him to let go of the past events. She offered her apology if he still felt the need for one. After considering Lakshmi’s reasoning, Vikrant agreed to proceed with the engagement. Meanwhile, Rishi, filled with anger, stormed off to his room. Neelam requested the Pandit to conduct the engagement ceremony, and he agreed.
While recalling Neelam’s earlier words, Lakshmi and Vikrant received the engagement rings from the Pandit. Rishi, still upset about recent events, made up his mind that he would not allow Lakshmi to get engaged to Vikrant. Ayush further provoked Vikrant, insinuating that he was afraid of being exposed. Rishi asserted having undeniable proof to substantiate his accusations. Malishka asked Rishi whether he would go ahead with the engagement by offering the ring to Lakshmi if he couldn’t prove his accusations. Lakshmi agreed to accept the ring if Rishi’s allegations couldn’t be proven. Vikrant proposed that Rishi must also be willing to accept the punishment he was about to administer. Rishi accepted the terms.
Ayush questioned Vikrant about his response if Rishi succeeded in proving the accusations. Vikrant declared his readiness to accept any punishment Rishi would deliver.
