In today’s episode, Anupama expresses her optimism about the future, believing that she will find success. She expresses her gratitude to everyone for the beautiful memories they have given her. Anupama mentions that while she stays in the USA, she will cherish the memories created by the Shah family. She also reflects on the fact that she has a home somewhere in the USA, which brings back nostalgic feelings. Leela interjects, claiming ownership of the house as her own. Overwhelmed with emotions, Anupama embraces Kanta. In the background, Vanraj strums a guitar, and Anupama asks him if he will sing. Vanraj admits that while Anupama enjoys his singing, he has never sung wholeheartedly for her. However, he now desires to do so. As Vanraj sings the song “ruk jana nahi tu kahi haar ke,” Anupama recalls her encounter with Anuj. She offers a prayer to God, asking for the well-being of her children and also for Kavya and Vanraj.
Later, Paritosh, Samar, and Adhik discuss taking pictures after the celebration. When Pakhi joins them, Adhik avoids her. Paritosh and Samar suspect that something is amiss between Adhik and Pakhi. Pakhi attempts to conceal her issue with Adhik, but Dimple expresses her disapproval. Realizing that nothing is resolved between Pakhi and Adhik, Samar and Paritosh decide to intervene and bring them closer.
Meanwhile, Vanraj and Leela discuss the party and acknowledge its success. Leela expresses sadness over the prospect of Anupama’s departure. Vanraj encourages Leela to find happiness in the fact that they put in so much effort to make Anupama’s day special. Leela also wishes for Anupama to have a pleasant time at the Kapadia house.
Anupama inquires of Kavya whether she had gone for a sonography. Kavya proceeds to share her experience of her first sonography. In response, Anupama recounts her own excitement upon seeing the black dot during her own sonography. Kavya reflects on how she used to question Anupama and Vanraj’s support for Adhik and Pakhi despite their mistakes, but now she is beginning to understand. She emphasizes that today is Anupama’s day and the focus should be on her.
Anupama expresses her uncertainty about when they will have another opportunity to sit down and talk. Kanta expresses gratitude towards Vanraj and Leela for their efforts on behalf of Anupama. Leela and Vanraj admit that they are merely repaying Anupama and nothing more. Anupama advises Kavya to stay back at the Shah house, to which Kavya decides to be with Leela and Vanraj. Kavya expresses gratitude to Anupama for always being there. Leela and Vanraj thank Anupama for bringing happiness into their home before departing. Dimple believes that with Kavya’s arrival, she will no longer get Vanraj’s room.
Dimple stirs up Adhik against Pakhi and resolves to teach her a lesson after Anupama’s departure.
