In today’s episode, Anupama confronts Vanraj about a sensitive matter. Surprisingly, Vanraj expresses gratitude towards Anupama for keeping Kavya’s secret hidden from everyone. Anupama explains that it should be Kavya’s prerogative to share the good news with the Shahs. Vanraj acknowledges that it is indeed a joyous day with Samar’s wedding on one side and the revelation of Kavya’s pregnancy on the other. He worries about what everyone, including their children, will think of the situation. Despite the circumstances, Vanraj admits he is feeling strangely content.
Anupama urges Vanraj to be a part of Kavya’s journey and share in her happiness. Eventually, Vanraj comprehends Anupama’s perspective. Just then, Leela interrupts and calls out to both Anupama and Vanraj. This triggers Anupama’s memory of her entry into the Kapadia house with Anuj.
Meanwhile, Anuj eagerly awaits Samar’s arrival with the wedding procession (baraat) to catch a glimpse of Anupama. Maya expresses concern over the arrangements and worries that the guests might face difficulties. Anuj reassures her, emphasizing that there shouldn’t be any problems. His thoughts continue to revolve around Anupama. Anu inquires about Samar’s arrival time, and soon, Anupama, accompanied by the Shahs, arrives dancing joyfully. Anuj’s attention is captivated by Anupama, while Maya stands by, consumed by jealousy. Dimple, excited for her own wedding, eagerly awaits the baraat.
Anupama announces that Samar will also participate in the dance celebrations. Anuj suggests that if Samar is dancing, Dimple should also have a chance to showcase her skills. He invites Dimple to a dancing competition and mentions that she can attend without any companions since she is the bride today. Leela takes offense to this suggestion. Anupama tries to convince Leela, arguing that if Samar can enjoy himself, then why not Dimple? Leela expresses her disapproval, claiming that Dimple lacks shame. Anupama requests Leela not to spoil the mood and reminds her that the bride and groom should be allowed to enjoy themselves; otherwise, they will remember this sad story of their wedding, where everyone danced in front of their eyes. Leela finally agrees, albeit reluctantly, and puts on a displeased expression when Dimple excitedly rushes in. Dolly questions Leela’s reaction, asking why she is making a fuss. Leela explains that her issue is with Dimple’s attitude and behavior, but for today, everyone should be able to enjoy themselves.
Anuj, Dimple, Samar, Anupama, Vanraj, Kavya, and the others engage in dancing. Leela, as the eldest family member, asks Barkha to perform a ritual. However, Barkha expresses her cluelessness and defers the task to Maya. Hence, Maya proceeds to perform the ritual for Samar. Meanwhile, Anuj scans the crowd, searching for Anupama. Yet, Anupama remains at a distance.
Leela intervenes, preventing Maya from pulling Samar’s nose. Hasmuk urges Leela to allow the ritual to continue. Anu inquires about the significance of the nose pulling ritual, to which Kanta explains that it symbolizes making the groom aware that he is taking their daughter, thus emphasizing the importance of obedience and being grounded. Leela remarks that Samar is already grounded in his relationship with Dimple.
Anupama hesitates to enter the house, as memories of her past with Anuj flood her mind. Anuj urges her to come inside, but Anupama reveals her inability to understand the reason behind her hesitation. She confides in Anuj, expressing her struggle to take the final step.
