Meanwhile, Shanky hands over cash to Dolly as a shagun (auspicious gift). He instructs her to use the money to buy whatever she desires and assures her that she can request more cash if needed. However, Dolly angrily throws the cash in his face, accusing him of behaving as though he is purchasing her. She asserts that a brother should gift his sister according to her preferences, just as Rajveer and Harvinder did. Rajveer expresses gratitude to Ravinder for allowing him to participate in the ritual.
Kaveri, distressed by the situation, appeals to God, questioning why everything is unfolding this way. She implores God to intervene magically and save Ajooni and Rajveer. Shanky vents his frustration about Dolly to Bebe, expressing that he felt happier living in Tejender’s house. He adds that if he continues to face more mistreatment, he might consider leaving the house altogether. In response, Bebe slaps him, admonishing him for interfering in Meher’s marriage despite being fully informed about the situation. She emphasizes the need to guide him onto the right path.
