The episode commences with Arjun informing Nayantara that Kaashvi’s blood group is unavailable in any blood bank. Nayantara, aware of a potential source, informs him of her knowledge and requests him to remain there while she leaves. Meanwhile, Samrat finds himself contemplating why he cannot bring himself to hate Nayantara. His inner voice reminds him that he still cares about her, although Nayantara has moved on with her life. Samrat adamantly claims that he doesn’t care about Nayantara but desires revenge upon her. His inner voice reveals that he is actually seeking a way to be by Nayantara’s side and that he still loves her. However, Samrat stubbornly refuses to accept these feelings.
Shortly after, Nayantara arrives at the scene. Samrat questions her presence, to which she explains that Kaashvi requires blood and implores him to donate to save her life. Samrat vehemently declines to help her and insists that she must perform a task if she wants his assistance. Nayantara, desperate for his support, cleans the floor and his shoes. Samrat, using this as an opportunity to toy with her emotions, claims that he has changed his mind and will not help her after all. He justifies his decision by stating that Kaashvi is Nayantara’s daughter, and therefore, he sees no reason to give his blood to save someone else’s child. He callously declares that he does not care whether Kaashvi lives or dies.
She discloses to him that Kaashvi is his daughter, leaving him in a state of shock. Nayantara reveals that she was pregnant when she left Delhi and lied to Satish’s family in order to provide a better life for Kaashvi. Overwhelmed with emotion, he questions why she didn’t tell him the truth earlier. Nayantara explains that she feared losing Kaashvi as well and did everything in her power to keep her safe. She lived as Satish’s widow for the sake of Kaashvi’s well-being. Tearfully, she pleads with him to save their daughter. He embraces her and weeps, realizing that his life would be meaningless if he failed to save Kaashvi. Determined, he takes her with him.
In the hospital room, Arjun expresses his anguish to Kaashvi, feeling as though everything has been taken away from him when he sees her in that condition. He confesses that he didn’t realize how important she was to him until now. He implores her to wake up, declaring that he cannot get married without her (Title song plays softly in the background).
Nayantara and Samrat arrive at the hospital. Arjun becomes angry at the sight of Samrat. Nayantara explains that she brought Samrat to donate blood for Kaashvi. Arjun rushes to call the doctor, while Samrat proceeds to donate blood, his mind flooded with memories of the moments he shared with Kaashvi. Emotionally moved, he gazes upon Kaashvi with tears in his eyes (Title song plays softly in the background).
