The Episode Starts with Sahiba inquiring about Angad’s condition from Seerat. Seerat questions Sahiba’s presence and asks why she is here. Sahiba urges Seerat not to speak like the Brars, engaging in an argument. She reminds Seerat that she is Angad’s wife. Seerat retorts to Sahiba’s statement and prevents her from meeting Angad. Sahiba insists on meeting Angad, while Seerat implores her to cease being obstinate.
Angad, overhearing the altercation between Seerat and Sahiba, calls out for Sahiba. Upon hearing this, Seerat releases Sahiba’s hand. Sahiba approaches Angad, and later, Angad playfully teases her. Sahiba reciprocates the teasing, and then inquires about Angad’s well-being. Angad responds that he is feeling better than before. Sahiba apologizes to Angad for not being by his side. Angad assures her that he understands the reasons behind her absence and advises her not to dwell on it. Sahiba feels angry with herself, blaming herself for Angad’s current situation. Angad learns from Sahiba that she prayed to God for his recovery. Angad attempts to confess something to Sahiba, but before he can do so, Garry arrives and questions Sahiba’s presence. Garry holds Sahiba responsible for Angad’s condition. Angad firmly states that Sahiba will stay there. Seerat informs Angad that Akaal strictly instructed Sahiba to stay away from him. Angad reassures Seerat that he will handle the situation with Akaal.
Manveer regains consciousness in the Brar mansion, and immediately inquires about Angad’s condition from Inder. Anxious and concerned, she implores Inder for an explanation as to why she was taken away from Angad. Akaal intervenes, reminding Manveer that she had lost consciousness earlier. Jasleen interjects, informing Manveer that Angad has regained consciousness, and adds that Garry and Seerat stayed at the hospital all night to take care of him. Determined to be by Angad’s side, Manveer decides to go to him, and Inder agrees to accompany her.
Meanwhile, Garry vents his frustration to Seerat, accusing Sahiba of taking credit for his efforts. Seerat reminds Garry that he wasn’t present at the hospital throughout the night. The argument between Seerat and Garry continues for a while, escalating tensions between them. Growing weary of the dispute, Garry sternly warns Seerat that he will abandon her in the middle of the road if she continues to argue with him.
At the hospital, Sahiba attentively tends to Angad. Angad, attempting to get up and drink water, faces difficulty, but Sahiba notices and offers her assistance. Filled with remorse, Sahiba blames herself for Angad’s current state. Angad reassures her, urging Sahiba not to feel guilty, and expresses his desire to disclose the truth to her. Feeling a chill from the air conditioning, Sahiba adjusts the temperature to make herself more comfortable. Angad makes another attempt to reveal the truth to Sahiba, but their conversation is interrupted by a nurse. The nurse informs Angad that Sahiba has been waiting for him outside the hospital, and asks her to fetch some medicines. Sahiba departs from the room as instructed. Left alone, Angad contemplates his inability to hide the truth from Sahiba any longer.

Precap : Surendar arrived to meet Angad, who questioned his purpose for being there. In response, Surendar inquired about their course of action regarding the deal. Unbeknownst to them, Sahiba caught sight of Surendar inside Angad’s room and decided to eavesdrop on their conversation. Just as Sahiba was listening in, Angad noticed her presence.
