The episode commences with Nityam reflecting on the Warden’s words. He approaches Raksham and implores him to open the door. Raksham inquires about Nityam’s intentions. Nityam expresses his desire to apologize. However, Raksham rebuffs his offer, expressing his preference for solitude, and promptly shuts the door.
Meanwhile, Sonam sits in the hall, crying inconsolably. Dimpy, concerned for her well-being, advises Sonam to eat something, acknowledging that she must be exhausted from all the tears. Sonam dismissively pushes the plate of food away. Dimpy advises her not to vent her anger on the food and explains that Sonam can no longer bear the Dalmia surname.
Sonam pleads with Dimpy to stop tormenting her. Dimpy reveals that the Warden has proven Raksham’s non-Dalmia identity and asserts that all the family’s possessions have been acquired by Nityam, leaving Raksham with no claim. Dimpy points out that despite Himesh’s numerous mistakes, Nityam did not evict him from the house. However, Nityam expelled her because she is not considered a family member. Sonam asserts her belief that Nityam would never do such a thing to them. Dimpy responds by reminding Sonam that she, too, had been living in a dream, which was shattered within the confines of the house. Sonam, unable to bear the conversation any longer, requests Dimpy to stop and retreats indoors.
Vedika confesses to Nityam that she understands he believes she made a mistake. Nityam responds by saying that she should have been honest with him, as he would have found a solution together. However, Vedika chose to trust Saavi over him. Girdhar interrupts their conversation to inform them that Sonam is unwell. Sonam cries out, asserting her identity as Sonam Raksham Dalmia and claiming that the house belongs to her. Vedika guides Sonam inside.
Meanwhile, Saavi examines the adoption papers she kept in her cupboard. Manav reassures her that she doesn’t need to prove anything. However, Saavi insists on investigating how this situation came about and asks him to remain silent. She holds the Dalmias responsible for blaming her for everything and allowing Nityam to follow suit.
Back in Sonam’s room, Sonam informs Vedika that the warden lied and Raksham is indeed a Dalmia. Vedika agrees with her, and Sonam eventually falls asleep. Nityam expresses concern for Raksham’s well-being and suggests that he and Vedika go to Raksham’s room and request him to open the door. Upon seeing them, Raksham questions why they are worried and if they thought he would attempt suicide like Nityam’s father. Nityam admonishes Raksham, telling him that he is making the wrong choices.
Raksham retorts by saying that Vedika should not have concealed his true identity from him. He acknowledges Vedika’s significant favoritism towards him and feels indebted to her, making it difficult for him to scold her. Furthermore, Raksham declares that Vedika is not his mother. Vedika, however, asserts that the truth remains unchanged — he is her son, and no documents can alter that fact. She then leaves the room. Nityam confronts Raksham, emphasizing the pain he is causing Vedika. In response, Raksham expresses his own shattered state of mind.
