The Episode Starts With Raghav awakening in the Naag Mahal and inquiring about who brought him there, as he was supposed to be at his engagement. Pragati reveals that she is the one who brought him there. Raghav, delighted to see her, asks about her attire. He reassures her that he hasn’t done anything to her and advises her not to be possessive. Pragati takes hold of his hands and explains that they share a connection from a past life. She reveals that destiny has reunited them and their love has found its way back to each other. Raghav, skeptical, protests and requests Pragati to release him. Pragati then reveals that in their past life, his name was Raghu, and they had two daughters who tragically perished in a fire. Raghav remains unconvinced. Pragati assumes her naagin form, causing Raghav to faint and collapse. Pragati catches him as he falls.
Suwarna urges Mahek to locate Raghav. Mahek asserts that she will employ her Shesh Naagin powers to find him. Naagraj Takshak and other naags intervene, determined to prevent Mahek from seeing Pragati. They unite their powers to impede her. Despite her efforts, Mahek is unable to see anything. Suwarna questions her about Raghav’s whereabouts, to which Mahek responds that her divine power is being obstructed. Mahek wonders who could be hindering her divine abilities and preventing her from finding Raghav.
Raghav regains consciousness, and Pragati playfully remarks that he fainted four times, whereas people typically don’t faint even after enduring six seasons. Raghav pleads with her to let him go, emphasizing that he doesn’t want to perish due to her kiss. He suggests that he will assist her in finding her Naag ji, highlighting that his name was Raghu while his own name is Raghav. He asks if he can leave. Pragati transforms into a naagin and stands before him as he tries to flee. Pragati insists that he is her Raghu and declares that she won’t let him go until he remembers their past. Seeking guidance, Pragati turns to Lord Shiva, wondering how she can help Raghav recall their shared history. Raghav pretends to be unconscious and takes the opportunity to escape. Mahek attempts to locate Raghav once more, but Naagraj Takshak continues to impede her progress. Frustrated, Mahek questions why her divine power is being obstructed and who is responsible.
Meanwhile, Raghav runs through the jungle, believing that he has managed to evade the naagin. He reflects on his earlier flirtatious encounter with her, certain that she won’t be able to forget him. However, he hears a melodious song and realizes that the naagin is still pursuing him. Mahek catches sight of Pragati’s face and is astonished. She informs Suwarna that Pragati has returned, and Raghav is with her. Asita queries about the identity of the person who has arrived, to which Mahek responds, “Prarthana.”
Pragati approached Raghav, introducing herself as Prarthana, urging him to recollect their cherished memories. She emphasized that they shared a special song, affirming that she would never abandon him. Grasping his hand, she swayed with him in a dance, singing the title song.
Leading him to a tree, she reminded him of their promise and revealed their names etched upon it. As Raghav touched the tree, he suddenly collapsed. Confused, he questioned the scene and inquired about the man who was with Pragati. She responded, stating that the person was none other than Raghav himself. Naagraj Takshak had prophesied his reincarnation. Calling her Prarthana, Raghav confirmed his regained memories and embraced her warmly. Pragati was overjoyed and overwhelmed with emotion.
Suwarna and Asita were perplexed, wondering how Pragati had returned. Mahek suggested that she had come back for revenge. Asita asked if Prarthana had bitten her son, and Mahek pledged to find out. Placing Aryan’s blood in a pot, she invoked the power of the naagmani to reveal the face of the naagin who had bitten him. Everyone witnessed Prarthana’s visage within the pot. Asita concluded that she had returned to seek vengeance, with Raghav as her next target. Worriedly, she pondered how they could stop Prarthana, as she seemed indestructible even in death. Mahek stepped forward, vowing to halt her and set off to search for Raghav.
Determined to protect Raghav, Mahek declared that he was her everything and vowed not to allow him to get closer to Prarthana. Raghav and Pragati spotted Mahek’s presence. Pragati accused her of killing their daughters and themselves. Raghav, feeling deceived, instructed Mahek to eliminate her immediately. Pragati confessed that she no longer possessed her powers, except for the ability to transform into a naagin due to her mother’s ring, which she displayed to him. Realizing that Raghav needed to regain his powers, Pragati urged him to leave without revealing his true identity to Mahek. Raghav agreed and assured her that he would divert Mahek’s attention. Approaching Mahek, he shared a fabricated story about a girl pursuing him, claiming that he had inadvertently released her soul from a painting. Mahek speculated whether Raghav had touched Prarthana’s photo frame, thus freeing her soul.
Rihanna expressed her concern to her parents, sharing that Raghav no longer loved her and had been acting strangely. Determined to protect their daughter, Rihanna’s parents vowed to confront Raghav. However, Mahek arrived with Raghav, stating that their common enemy had kidnapped him and she had successfully rescued him. Suggesting an engagement, Rihanna proposed to Raghav, but he declined, explaining that the auspicious timing had passed. Mahek intervened, assuring them she would find a suitable mahurat. Rihanna and her family departed, and Raghav retired to bed. Asita instructed Pradeep to do the same.
Mahek confides in Suwarna and Asita, revealing Raghav’s claim that he touched the painting, causing Prarthana’s soul to emerge and torment him. Asita confirms that Prarthana is indeed a spirit and reveals that she bit Raghav. Furthermore, Asita claims to have seen Pragati and acknowledges Raghav’s story, believing that Prarthana’s soul is wandering in their midst. Blaming them for Prarthana’s death, Asita expresses her intention to leave, mentioning that Prarthana had killed her brother, Jeet. Pragati discloses that she is Jeet Patel’s sister, catching Raghav’s attention. Pragati commends him for sharing the ghost story, as she plans to frighten the others later that night.
Asita resorts to prayer, seeking protection from the soul, but struggles to sleep as she witnesses Prarthana’s ghost holding a candle and walking. Alarmed, she wakes Pradeep and informs him of the soul’s presence. Pradeep advises her against looking at herself in the mirror without makeup. Asita rushes to Mahek and informs her about the ghost’s arrival. Grabbing a gun, Mahek ventures outside. Asita questions the effectiveness of a gun against a ghost. Suddenly, they hear the song “Gumnaam Hai Koi…” playing, and Suwarna emerges, wondering who is singing. They notice their photographs burning and Asita interprets it as a signal from Prarthana, indicating that she intends to kill them in the same manner. Asita describes Prarthana, dressed in a white saree and holding a candle. Pragati vanishes, and Mahek spots her elsewhere, urging her to stop and asserting that she is not a ghost.
Pragati disappears again, prompting Mahek to inquire about Prarthana’s whereabouts and caution her against playing games. Prarthana appears behind Mahek, accusing her of setting her, her husband, and daughters on fire in this very house. She vows to kill Mahek in the same house, laughing before vanishing. Mahek questions whether Prarthana is truly a ghost and contemplates how to combat a spirit, admitting her ability to fight humans and naag/naagins but feeling uncertain about supernatural adversaries. Mahek implores Prarthana to stop haunting her and aims the gun at her, asserting her lack of fear. Pragati falls and cries out in pain. Mahek watches in confusion, realizing that Pragati is not a ghost. Pragati flees to the storeroom and hides, while Mahek calls for her to come forward. Pragati taunts Mahek, claiming that it is her turn to be frightened. Mahek points the gun at her, and Pragati taunts her about using the gun to kill her before revealing that the bullet missed. As Pragati hides, she ponders her own presence and wonders who is in the room with Mahek. She cries out, calling Mahek “Mahek Didi.” Mahek responds, recognizing her as Pratha.
