Interior designer Shilpa encounters Mehek and expresses her willingness to redesign the house according to Mehek’s preferences. Mehek agrees, while Asita insists on having her room restored to its original state. Shilpa requests Asita to share the building’s history to facilitate the renovation process, but Mehek dismisses the idea, urging Shilpa to focus on her work instead. Intrigued, Asita questions Mehek about their decision to move to Raghu’s house after many years. Mehek explains that it’s Raghav’s desire, and she intends to fulfill it, while concealing the murders committed in their current residence. Overhearing their conversation, Shilpa accuses them of being killers and threatens to report them to the police. In a fit of rage, Mehek kills Shilpa and instructs Asita to dispose of the body. Asita advises Mehek to control her anger and suggests finding a new designer.
Meanwhile, Sundar and his team discover a box in the Yamuna River. They attempt to open it but are interrupted when a snake emerges and bites Sundar. Despite the incident, Sundar takes the box, and a group of snakes tries to snatch it from him. However, they retreat when a beam of light from Shiv ji halts their advance. Meenakshi inquires if Vidhi has any information about Pragati’s whereabouts. Vidhi reveals that Pragati missed the bus. Meenakshi speculates that Pragati might be involved in a disagreement concerning price variations. Just then, Pragati arrives home, and Meenakshi scolds her. Pragati manages to pacify Meenakshi, who then instructs her to freshen up. Pragati complies. Sundar returns home, and Pragati notices the box in his possession. She inquires about its contents, and Sundar explains that he doesn’t know as it refuses to open. Additionally, snakes guard the box, indicating its value. Drawn to an enigmatic box, Pragati questioned the inexplicable force compelling her towards it. Succumbing to curiosity, she gingerly grasped the box, and her mind was inundated with flashes from her past. Placing the box back in its original position, she cautiously opened it, revealing a captivating ring that she instinctively adorned. In an instant, Pragati felt an influx of power surging through her veins.
Meanwhile, Nagaraj Takshak, the serpent king, observed the changing weather, a foreboding sign. Snakes gathered around him, admitting their failure to safeguard the entrusted ring. Acknowledging the imminent repetition of history, Nagaraj Takshak declared the ring’s emergence and its innate ability to choose its successor. Pragati, now endowed with Pratha’s powers, let out a piercing cry of pain. Naagins inquired about the ring’s origin, and Takshak revealed its affiliation with Pratha, housing her formidable abilities. Today marked the inception of a new era, where an earthly being ascended as the new Shesh Naagin.
Sundar and his family emerged, concerned about Pragati’s distressing outcry. Concealing the ring, she fabricated a false explanation for her outburst. Later, while drifting into slumber, Pragati inquired of Vidhi’s beliefs regarding rebirth. Vidhi advised her to dismiss such thoughts, dismissing them as mere dreams conjuring unrelated individuals.
In another part of town, Suwarna sought an audience with Mehek. Discussing the need to renovate Raghu’s house, Suwarna questioned the necessity of relocating there. Mehek clarified that it was Raghav’s desire, and with Prathna’s family deceased, they perceived no threats looming over them.
Pragati dropped Vidhi off at her designated meeting place and patiently waited for her sister inside the car. Meanwhile, Raghav crossed paths with Mehek and his mother, Suwarna, expressing his gratitude to them for helping with the relocation. Just as Vidhi arrived, she eagerly showcased her designs to Mehek and Suwarna. Pragati noticed that Vidhi had inadvertently left her phone behind in the car, prompting her to retrieve it and return it to her sister.
While Pragati headed towards the restaurant, Raghav caught sight of her and seized the opportunity to flirt with her. Curious about her identity, he playfully urged Pragati to disclose her name, but she coyly declined. Impressed by Vidhi’s creative work, Mehek offered her a project and suggested renovating the section of their mansion that had been damaged by fire. As Mehek observed Raghav conversing with someone, Vidhi revealed that the person was her sister and promptly introduced Pragati to him. Delighted to learn Pragati’s name, Raghav bid her farewell after returning the phone to Vidhi, expressing his determination to discover where she resided.
Pradeep, Asita, Suwarna, Mehek, and their children relocated to Raghu’s house. Grateful for his Badi Mom’s constant fulfillment of his desires, Raghav expressed his appreciation. Later, Suwarna found solace in a glass of wine, overcome by emotions. In her state, she began to imagine Prathna confronting her about the betrayal and questioned her actions. Defending herself, Suwarna confessed to colluding with Mehek to safeguard Ajay and their unborn child. Frustrated, she proclaimed her innocence and insisted that she had done nothing wrong. Raghav, concerned, approached his mother and inquired about her well-being, to which Suwarna assured him that she was fine.
While speaking on the phone, Pragati reassured her sisters that she would join them soon. However, as she reached a traffic signal, Pragati encountered difficulty removing a ring from her finger. At that moment, a beggar approached her, seeking money. Responding to his request, Pragati generously offered him some cash. To her surprise, the beggar turned out to be Prashant, who recognized the ring and informed her that it had bestowed her with the powers of a naagin. Confused by this revelation, Pragati’s expression turned one of perplexity.
