The episode commences with Suwarna making a daring escape from the hospital, accompanied by Purvika and Meher. However, their getaway is interrupted by Mehek and Jeet, who firmly believe that Purvika and Meher are responsible for spreading the virus. Jeet, along with others who share the same belief, swiftly takes Purvika and Meher away in a van. In the midst of the chaos, Mehek attempts to harm Suwarna, but Ajay comes to her rescue, bravely thrusting a knife into Mehek’s back. Realizing the imminent danger faced by Purvika and Meher, Suwarna urgently confides in Ajay, expressing her need to protect them. However, Ajay recognizes that Suwarna is in no condition to safeguard them herself and advises her to inform Prathna and Raghu about their children’s peril, as they would be able to rescue them. Mehek persists in attacking Ajay, but he skillfully fends her off, urging Suwarna to depart. Observing Mehek’s assault on Ajay, Suwarna hastily departs from the scene, determined to disclose the truth to Prathna and Raghu.
Prashant stands on the brink of consuming poison given to him by Prathna and Raghu. Just as he is about to do so, Suwarna arrives at the scene. Prathna notices that Suwarna is affected by an eerie odor, known as Sarph Gandh, and inquires about it. Suwarna reveals that Purvika and Meher are in grave danger and implores Prathna and Raghu to save them. Fueled by urgency, Prathna and Raghu hasten to rescue their daughters.
However, Raghu halts Prathna’s progress and reminds her that the entire building is under constant surveillance through CCTV cameras. He reasons that their every move is being monitored, and their adversaries might believe that the antidote they possess can also save their children. With this realization, they return to Prashant’s location and inquire about Suwarna’s whereabouts. To their astonishment, Prashant informs them that Suwarna has gone to eliminate Mehek.
Meanwhile, Suwarna arrives at Mehek’s residence, setting fire to the laboratory before attempting to kill her with an arrow. Prathna emerges on the scene and recognizes the need to permanently end Mehek’s existence, as she could potentially resurface in the future. With unwavering determination, Prathna procures Shiv ji’s trishul (trident) and asserts that severing Mehek’s head from her body will ensure her demise. Mehek tries to escape, but Prathna hurls the trishul, piercing her neck and separating her head from her body. Prathna captures a photograph of Mehek’s lifeless remains, urging Suwarna to carry the body towards the south, while she embarks towards the north with Mehek’s detached head. Their intention is to prevent any possibility of Mehek’s resurrection. They discard the dismembered parts in different locations, firmly believing that Mehek’s story has reached its definitive end.
Jeet is devastated when he discovers that his lab has been completely destroyed. Frantically, he begins searching for Mehek, hoping to find her safe and sound. Suddenly, a message from Prathna appears on his phone, and as he opens it, his shock turns to horror as he sees a photo of Mehek’s lifeless body. Prathna’s chilling message instructs Jeet to prepare himself, as he will soon be in her grasp, just like Mehek.
In a state of desperation, Prathna turns to Shiv Ji, seeking guidance on how to protect her children, who are also in grave danger. Filled with love for her daughters and her nation, she is torn between the two. Pratha, a divine presence, materializes before Prathna, offering her counsel. She urges Prathna to fulfill her duty and assures her that her daughters possess the strength to save themselves. Pratha’s words instill a newfound determination in Prathna, who embraces her tightly before witnessing her disappear.
Using a mystical portal, Prathna establishes contact with her children, providing them with guidance and support. She encourages them not to lose their courage and promises to come to their rescue. Later, Suwarna approaches Raghu and Prathna, cautioning them about the risks involved in Prashant’s attempt to extract the poison from their bodies to create an antidote. She warns that even if they survive, they will have to live as mere humans. Undeterred, Prathna and Raghu express their willingness to sacrifice their lives for the cause. Prathna implores Suwarna to assist Prashant in his endeavor. With determination, Prashant begins the process of removing the poison from their bodies.
Meanwhile, a powerful earthquake rocks the Naaglok, and in the midst of chaos, Takshak and other Naagins fervently pray to Shiv Ji, beseeching him to save Prathna, Raghu, and their entire clan. As the earthquake intensifies, the heartbeats of Raghu and Prathna come to a sudden halt, leaving their fates uncertain.
Jeet approaches Meher and Purvika, informing them that their parents are no longer alive and won’t be able to save them. In response, Purvika and Meher remain unwavering, expressing their belief that nothing will happen to their parents and threatening that their parents will bring harm to Jeet. However, Jeet confidently declares that no one can kill him. Unfazed, Meher and Purvika join hands and begin chanting the Om Namah Shivaya mantra. Overwhelmed by their determination, Jeet contacts his team members, who swiftly arrive at the scene.
Jeet instructs his team to abandon the children in the jungle. Meanwhile, Raghu and Prathna regain consciousness. Prathna mentions that they have transformed into humans but are content knowing that they have saved numerous lives. Raghu agrees, and Prathna inquires about the antidote from Prashant. He assures her that it has been prepared and emphasizes the importance of administering it to those affected. Prathna then urges Suwarna to take charge and ensure its distribution.
Inside the hospital, Suwarna enters and saves everyone by administering the antidote. Shortly after, Prathna arrives at the hospital and addresses the media, revealing that this virus was intentionally created and presents evidence pointing to Jeet as the mastermind behind it. Prashant brings Jeet forward, who adamantly claims that this is all a conspiracy against him. Dismissing his claims, Prathna accuses him of falsely blaming her daughters for the pandemic, asserting that he is the true culprit.
Meanwhile, Meher and Purvika find themselves feeling scared and vulnerable in the depths of the jungle. Suddenly, they are encircled by Fire Eagle. However, instead of resorting to their Naagin powers, they remain composed. At the hospital, the police arrive to apprehend Jeet, but he manages to escape their clutches. In a tense moment, he points a gun at Raghu. Back in the jungle, the Eagle launches an attack on Meher and Purvika, yet they refrain from using their supernatural abilities.
At the decisive moment, Prathna intervenes, compelling Jeet to drop the gun before aiming and firing at him. Proudly, she proclaims herself to be the daughter of Rishabh Gujral, dedicated to eliminating traitors to the country. She shoots Jeet once again and departs from the scene. Prathna rushes to her daughters, rescuing them from the grasp of the Eagles, and envelops them in a warm embrace. Raghu and Suwarna join the embrace, providing solace and support.
