Harsh, weary of Maitree’s continuous lies, expresses his frustration. Undeterred, Maitree insists on disclosing what Kamna had confided in her.
In a firm tone, Harsh reminds Maitree of their commitment to spend seven years together, cautioning her not to force him into ending it prematurely. He also challenges her to provide substantial evidence supporting her allegations against his mother. Maitree attempts to reason with him, but Harsh abruptly leaves the room, distancing himself from the conversation.
Meanwhile, Nandini purposely causes Ashish to drop his file and confronts him about trusting Maitree more than her. Ashish, aware of Maitree’s credibility, dismisses Nandini’s outburst, urging her not to create a scene. However, Nandini, consumed by her own jealousy, resorts to breaking objects as she accuses Ashish of being blinded by Maitree’s friendship.
In a moment of introspection, Maitree finds solace in performing a prayer ceremony dedicated to Tulsi Maa. She beseeches the deity’s assistance in exposing Kamna’s true intentions and regaining Harsh’s trust. As Maitree opens her eyes, she is startled to find Ashish standing before her. Sensing her distress, Ashish implores Maitree to confide in him, offering his support. Maitree proceeds to divulge the details of her confrontation with Kamna. Shocked, Ashish questions how Kamna could manipulate Maitree to gain entry into their household. He reassures Maitree that he will stand by her side, determined to expose Kamna’s deceit to Harsh. Maitree reveals that Nandini had deleted the video, making it seemingly impossible to acquire proof. Nevertheless, Ashish encourages Maitree not to lose hope, assuring her that they will find a way to obtain the evidence they need.
Maitree informed Harsh that she had transformed the storeroom into their room, attempting to improve his mood. However, he remained upset with her. Harsh mentioned that the button on his clothing was broken, and Maitree kindly offered to sew it back on. During their conversation, Harsh mentioned a meeting with a client, while Maitree expressed her desire for a break from work. Surprisingly, Harsh agreed to her request and left.
Meanwhile, Nandini approached Kamna and informed her about Maitree’s disappearance. Kamna questioned whether Maitree had gone to search for evidence against her. Nandini replied, suggesting that Maitree would not give up until she exposed Kamna’s true nature. Kamna requested Nandini to keep a close watch on Maitree’s activities. Sona, witnessing their conversation, noticed Nandini leaving and mischievously poured water on Kamna from upstairs, leading to an argument between the two.
Upon Maitree’s return home, she spotted Kamna but chose not to say anything and left. Sona then approached Maitree for assistance in changing a lightbulb, to which Maitree willingly obliged. Taking the opportunity, Sona made a snide comment about Kamna. In response, Kamna invited Maitree to have a meal, while Sona warned Maitree not to fall into Kamna’s manipulative words. Maitree, after successfully fixing the bulb, stated that she was waiting for Harsh to have dinner together and left the scene. Little did she know that Kamna had plans to prevent Maitree from sharing a meal with Harsh.
Kamna called Harsh and suggested they dine outside, citing her own salty cooking as the reason she hadn’t eaten well. She criticized Maitree for not even bothering to inquire about her food preferences and mentioned her lack of kitchen privileges, implying that she would have prepared something for Harsh. Harsh, however, offered to bring food for both of them, but Kamna declined and insisted he return home after eating. Harsh agreed, and to everyone’s surprise, Nandish arrived with sweets, which they all enjoyed. Nandini revealed that she had deliberately added salt to the food after everyone had eaten, intending to prove Maitree wrong in front of Harsh. Kamna expressed satisfaction with the plan, determined not to let Maitree live in peace.
