Curious about the reason for their emergency call, Ilahi asks Jordan. The peon instructs Jordan to enter the office first. Jordan is worried about the results, but Ilahi believes that it might be good news for him. She feels happy on his behalf. Meanwhile, the manager congratulates Jordan for winning the competition and informs him that he can sign the contract immediately. Additionally, the manager reveals that they have chosen Ilahi for their next album due to her popularity. Jordan is taken aback by this news and recalls Mahi’s words. Displeased, he argues that they don’t understand his music and insists that he is a rock star at his college. The manager counters, stating that Jordan’s victory was mainly because of Ilahi’s popularity and superior voice. Enraged, Jordan lashes out, asserting his status as the heir of the Mehtha family. However, the manager firmly states that the management’s decisions are final, and Jordan storms off in frustration.
Meanwhile, Ilahi notices Jordan leaving and assumes that he was selected by the management. She recollects the conversations she had with various people. The manager congratulates Ilahi for winning the competition and reveals that they have chosen her for the next music album. He hands her the contract, explaining that she will have a five-year deal, with over 30 songs to record, live shows to perform, and potential opportunities to sing in Bollywood movies. He also mentions the monetary compensation. Ilahi recalls her mother’s struggles and feels delighted by the offer. However, she also feels upset when she remembers Jordan’s harsh words. The manager encourages her, emphasizing that this is a great opportunity that she shouldn’t waste. He offers her the pen to sign the contract. Ilahi hesitates, thinking about Amardeep and Jordan. Meanwhile, Seerat becomes frustrated as she witnesses a short circuit. Jahan arrives at the scene, intending to help as an electrician on behalf of his father. However, Seerat, mistaking his intentions, slams the door on his face. When she realizes her mistake, she learns that Jahan came to fix the electrical issue.
Seerat admires Jahan’s work, but he firmly tells her that his life and ambitions are his own, so she should stay out of it. Despite this, Seerat tries to pay him, but he refuses, acknowledging that she has done a lot for his family. Seerat compliments his amazing voice and urges him not to waste his talent, reminding him to consider his parents. Jahan dismisses her concerns, claiming that it’s not written in his destiny. Seerat points out that he isn’t even making an effort and is blaming his destiny instead. She argues with him, emphasizing that he carries everything in his heart.
Meanwhile, Mahi speaks to Ilahi about the way Grandma takes care of Grandpa. Rasika assisted Varun, and Mahi expresses her discomfort in Mehta’s absence. She believes that a husband and wife should care for each other, asserting her role as the daughter-in-law of the house. Mahi insists that she shouldn’t sign the contract alone because Jordan is in pain. If someone asks her to sign it, she won’t do it. Her family means more to her than any contract, regardless of the number of projects they offer. Mahi feels empowered to make the decision and influences Ilahi to support her.
Ilahi agrees with Mahi, acknowledging that they promised to give the contract to the winning couple. If Mahi misses this opportunity, they will give it to someone else. Mahi questions whether Ilahi wants to shine alone and declares that she will bring Jordan with her. Jordan becomes angry but eventually admits that he is happy about Mahi’s victory. Mahi clarifies that nobody in the house will work outside anymore and that she made this decision for Jordan. Jahan grows frustrated, remembering Mahi’s accusations against his family. His conscience taunts him for being a coward and failing to fight for his family. Jahan believes he is helpless, but his conscience reminds him that music is a vast sea and he can achieve anything with it. Rasika concludes that Mahi changed her decision for her own benefit, and now it’s time for her to repay the favor by supporting Mahi. Jordan encourages Mahi to make the right decision.
