Vikrant informs Rishi that the house does not belong to him, rather it belongs to one of his employees. He explains that Sudha’s husband, Mahesh, works for him and has been taking care of the family since he became bedridden. Rishi expresses relief as the confusion dissipates. Rishi, Shalu, and Ayush exit the premises, while Vikrant believes that he obtained crucial information at the opportune moment. Sudha catches sight of Rishi and the others, and proceeds to inform Vikrant about a few people outside. This arouses Vikrant’s suspicion, prompting him to send his girlfriend away. Vikrant speculates that they may have become suspicious of him, and resolves to ensure that his secret remains concealed. He expresses gratitude to Sudha for apprising him about the situation in a timely manner.
