In the latest episode, Nakul informs Malti that she will be meeting all the candidates who have been shortlisted. Malti confidently replies that she knows what she is doing. Nakul inquires if five minutes is enough time to perform, to which Malti responds that it may be enough for the whole world, but not for women. She expresses her curiosity in seeing what Anupama will do in her five-minute performance. Nakul mentions that Anupama is a fan of Malti. Later, Malti asks about Bhairvi, and Nakul reveals that she is staying with Anupama since her father left her. Malti questions how Nakul knows this, and he admits to having inquired. Meanwhile, Bhairvi asks Anupama about her performance, but Anupama is struggling to come up with ideas. Leela tries to call Anupama, but she is unreachable, making Leela wonder if Anupama is off meeting the Prime Minister instead of Malti Devi.
Anupama found inspiration from her past life and used it to put on a captivating performance of the song ‘Meri Maa’, which left Malti and Nakul smitten. Bhairvi joined Anupama in a duet performance, but Malti became restless and asked them to stop. This made Anupama, Bhairvi and the other students fearful. Nakul then asked everyone to leave the room so he could calm down Malti.
Nakul explained to Malti that he was so taken by the performance that he failed to notice her. He also acknowledged that Malti doesn’t like to talk about her past. He praised Anupama and Bhairvi, saying that they were perfect for their USA tour.
Bhairvi asked Anupama why Malti had stopped their performance midway, and expressed concern that Anupama might have made a mistake. However, Anupama encouraged Bhairvi and assured her that their performance was good.
Nakul called Anupama and Bhairvi to meet Malti, and Anupama expressed her regret that her skills had disappointed Malti.
Anupama and Bhairvi meet with Malti, who informs Anupama that she has been selected for something exciting. Malti also offers Bhairvi the opportunity to join in as well. Anupama is thrilled to hear about her selection and asks Malti to bless her as her teacher. She also shares her disbelief that she is finally living her childhood dream.
However, Malti then drops a bombshell on Anupama – she will only give her classes if Anupama agrees to go with her to the USA for three years. Anupama is stunned, unsure if she can make such a big commitment. Malti gives her the contract papers and tells her to think it over, but she must sign within a month if she decides to go.
Meanwhile, Samar tells Dimple that their wedding will take place within a month, which makes Dimple ecstatic. Leela tries to call Anupama, but Bhairvi answers and gives the phone to Anupama. Anupama decides to prioritize her contract over the call and signs the papers.
