Mahima peruses Pradyumna’s message, then proceeds to inquire of Nayantara whether she is involved in an affair with Samrat and how Nayantara managed to get close to him. Nayantara pleads with her to stop, but Mahima persists, asking if Nayantara engaged in a romantic relationship with Samrat for financial gain. Nayantara expresses her trust in Romila, but her patience reaches its limit and she slaps Mahima, warning her not to utter another word. Mahima, hurt and angered by Nayantara’s outburst, leaves the room. Unbeknownst to them, Romila witnesses the entire scene and sees an opportunity to manipulate Mahima against Nayantara.
Romila approaches Mahima, inquiring about the commotion. Mahima recounts the incident, and Romila seizes the opportunity to incite Mahima against Nayantara. She questions why Nayantara didn’t elope with Pradyumna, fueling Mahima’s resentment. Mahima explains that Pradyumna left to ensure Samrat didn’t see him and mentions her intention to teach Nayantara a lesson. Determined, she storms off, leaving Romila satisfied with the unfolding events.
The following day, Arjun’s family arrives at Nayantara’s house. Nayantara notices that Nitya is ignoring her, and Arjun also becomes aware of this. He promises to talk to Nitya about it, but Nayantara insists on addressing the issue herself, emphasizing the strength of their friendship. Kaashvi urges Arjun to prioritize Mahima’s happiness, and he reassures her that his own happiness lies in ensuring Mahima’s well-being.
Nayantara confronts Nitya about her recent behavior, and Nitya reveals that Nayantara hadn’t informed her about her friendship with Samrat. Nayantara clarifies that she and Samrat are not friends. Nitya expresses her disapproval of Romila’s actions from the previous day and highlights the potential damage it could have caused to their family’s reputation had there been guests present. She implores Nayantara to stay away from Samrat. Meanwhile, Mahima prepares for the mehndi ceremony and confides in Romila, stating her belief that Nayantara will call off the marriage. Mahima contacts Pradyumna and urges him to come to her house that night since she cannot leave her house.
