In the midst of the unfolding crisis, Sartraj arrives at the scene, but Nehmat shows no signs of waking up. A short while later, Ekam also arrives, only to be left speechless by Nehmat’s deteriorating condition. Overwhelmed by shock and guilt, Ekam blames himself for the unfortunate turn of events.
Sartraj takes charge and swiftly carries Nehmat, their precious cargo, towards the hospital, while Ekam, still unable to fathom the sight before him, berates himself for the situation.
Upon reaching the hospital, Sartraj rushes Nehmat into treatment, but he is not permitted to enter the premises. The news spreads like wildfire, prompting the entire family to converge at the hospital. Rupu, overcome with worry, falls ill, further adding to the chaotic atmosphere. The family members are left distraught upon hearing about Nehmat’s critical condition. Harleen, consumed by guilt, incessantly blames herself for the accident. Rupy and Satti also arrive at the hospital, their faces etched with concern.
Inside the hospital, the operation table stands prepared, awaiting Nehmat’s arrival, as doctors and medical staff gear up to perform a life-saving procedure.
The doctor commences the operation, deeply concerned by the excessive bleeding and the urgent need for immediate intervention. The nurse hands over Nehmat’s phone to the doctor, hoping it might be of some assistance. Meanwhile, Rupy finds herself overwhelmed by the gravity of the situation, expressing her anguish. Ekam, attempting to console her, urges Harleen to remain calm, assuring her that Nehmat’s injury was unintentional. Rupy, overcome with emotion, continues to weep uncontrollably. Ekam, unsure of how to handle the elder’s distress, contemplates the best course of action.

Sartraj, who seldom turns to God for anything, also makes his way to the Gurudwara, beseeching the Almighty to save Nehmat. Reflecting upon their cherished moments together, Sartraj realizes the genuine affection he holds for Nehmat, drawing him to this sacred place. As Ekam opens his eyes, he catches sight of Sartraj standing beside him.
