The episode begins with Jyoti explaining to Mandip that she had only brought one payal for the shagun ritual and was unsure whether to give it to Kavya or Pratiksha. Mandip suggested that she should give it to Kavya. However, Jyoti considered Pratiksha as Ravi’s wife and mentioned the blessings of Annaourna Devi being with her. Ultimately, Jyoti decided to present Pratiksha with a pair of payals as shagun. Pratiksha joyfully wore them and felt delighted.
Meanwhile, Ravi and Adi engaged in a conversation when Pratiksha entered the room with hot samosas. Ravi was tempted to have them but pretended to stick to his healthy diet, refraining from indulging. Adi, on the other hand, happily offered to finish the samosas. Pratiksha suggested that Ravi should try the food prepared by Kavya. After Pratiksha left, Ravi confided in Adi that he didn’t want to eat anything made by Kavya, even suggesting her tea-making skills were subpar. He then couldn’t resist the temptation and started relishing the delicious samosas.
Later, Pratiksha knocked on the door of the restroom where Ravi was inside, but since he was wearing headphones, he couldn’t hear her calls. Growing anxious, Pratiksha began to push the door until Ravi suddenly opened it, causing her to fall into his arms. Ravi explained that he hadn’t heard her because of the headphones. Pratiksha expressed her concern, asking if he was alright, and Ravi assured her that he was fine before leaving the room.
Kavya sat in her room, a look of distress on her face, prompting Amayra to approach her and inquire about her well-being. However, instead of opening up, Kavya engaged in a heated argument with Amayra. She expressed her frustration, lamenting that despite everything going wrong in her life, Amayra seemed incapable of providing any assistance. Kavya’s grievances centered around Jyoti Masi, who had bestowed a traditional gift called “shagun” upon Pratiksha, despite Kavya preparing a special meal solely for her. This action infuriated Kavya, and her anger was directed towards both Jyoti and Pratiksha. Amayra tried to calm Kavya down, only to be met with a sharp outburst. Kavya also held Ravi responsible for her predicament, but Amayra defended him, insisting that Ravi was not at fault.
Interrupting Amayra’s protest, Kavya interjected, blaming Ravi entirely for the current situation. According to her, Ravi had kidnapped Pratiksha, married her, and subsequently abandoned her when he felt like it. As a result, Pratiksha now held sway over their household. Kavya firmly believed that all the blame lay with Ravi.
After the break, the scene shifted to Ravi, who massaged his throbbing temples, clearly suffering from a severe headache. Pratiksha noticed his discomfort and inquired about his well-being. Ravi confessed to his headache, initially refusing Pratiksha’s offer to give him a head massage. However, he eventually relented and requested her help. Pratiksha began to massage Ravi’s head, bringing him relief and a sense of relaxation. As fate would have it, Kavya happened to pass by Ravi’s room and witnessed this intimate moment.
