The Episode Starts With Maitree inquiring about the cause of Nandini’s tears. Nandini explains that it is a result of her eye infection. Engaged in conversation, Maitree suddenly experiences labor pains. Alarmed, Nandini swiftly contacts Harsh and informs him about Maitree’s condition. Harsh promptly reaches out to the doctor, apprising them of the situation and confirming their intention to transport Maitree to the hospital.
Harsh confides in Om, expressing their concern that reaching the hospital within the necessary timeframe may prove difficult due to unfavorable weather conditions and blocked roads caused by heavy rainfall. Seeking guidance, Sona reaches out to the doctor for advice. Following their discussion, Sona decides that delivering the baby at home would be the best course of action, in accordance with the doctor’s suggestion. She instructs Harsh and Om to wait outside, while she provides support and encouragement to Maitree, urging her to exert herself during labor. In the midst of her intense pain, Maitree finds herself shedding tears.
Om lights a Diya in front of Lord Ram and offers a prayer for Maitree and her newborn. The doctor provides guidance to Maitree via a video call. Sona, Kusum, and Nandini lend their support to Maitree, encouraging her during the childbirth process. Finally, Maitree successfully delivers the baby, bringing immense joy to everyone present. Sona cradles the baby in her arms and happily announces that Maitree has been blessed with a baby boy.
Om congratulates Harsh on becoming a father. Sona proudly presents the baby to Harsh and Om. Harsh, overwhelmed with gratitude, holds the baby and expresses his heartfelt appreciation to Maitree, even though she remains unconscious. He tells the baby that he is a beautiful blend of both himself and Maitree. Sona joins them and advises Harsh to let Maitree rest. They step outside and join in a devotional song session (Bhajan) with others. The entire gathering bestows blessings upon the newborn, while Sona asks Nandini to distribute prasad (religious offering) as a gesture of gratitude. Sona thanks the women for attending and blessing the baby, then requests Harsh to show the baby to Maitree, as she hasn’t had the chance to see her child yet. Harsh agrees, and they head inside, unaware of the lurking presence of an unknown person.
Harsh enters the room and notices Maitree is peacefully sleeping. He carefully places the baby in the cradle and heads downstairs to have dinner. Meanwhile, Maitree regains consciousness but finds herself unable to move. She desperately wants to see her baby’s face. Suddenly, a power outage occurs. Harsh and Nandini, sensing something amiss, decide to check on Maitree.
Maitree senses someone entering the room and assumes it’s Harsh. She eagerly asks him about their baby, urging him to bring the child to her. However, to her shock, Saransh reveals himself and sarcastically congratulates her. Maitree cries out in alarm, but Saransh restrains her. Meanwhile, Harsh, hearing the cries of the baby, rushes upstairs in a panic. Saransh taunts Maitree, cruelly informing her that she will never see her baby again. He kidnaps the child and escapes through the window.
Harsh enters the room and witnesses Maitree’s distressed state. He quickly releases her from her restraints and asks her what happened. Tearfully, Maitree informs him that Saransh has abducted their baby. Overwhelmed with grief, she stumbles out of the room, where she receives consolation from everyone present. Harsh vows to Maitree that he will find and rescue their child, even if it means confronting Saransh with lethal force. Suddenly, the phone rings, and Harsh answers the call. It’s Saransh on the other end, issuing threats to harm the baby. Maitree, desperate to protect her child, pleads with Saransh, offering to comply with his demands if it means ensuring the baby’s safety. Saransh demands a ransom of 2 crores and warns that failure to comply will result in harm to the child. Maitree, with a heavy heart, implores him not to harm her baby. Sona, determined to safeguard the child, assures Maitree that she will do everything possible to ensure the baby’s well-being.
