Sai queries why he disregarded her warning about the perilous nature of his presence on the aircraft. Attempting to approach his family, Virat finds himself ensnared by Bheema and his henchmen. Bheema gleefully proclaims his acquisition of a double bonanza, having secured Virat’s family as well. Brandishing a firearm, he announces his intention to kill Virat. Unfazed, Virat retorts that Bheema may end his life, but escaping the situation unscathed is beyond their grasp. The Commissioner and his team, using a covert camera, detect the militants’ positions. In response, the Commissioner instructs Kadam to assemble a sniper team.
One of the terrorists implores Bheema not to harm Virat until they have apprehended Ramakant. Bheema issues a warning to the hostages, cautioning them against aiding Virat. Despite the tense circumstances, Virat hands over the bag of money to Bheema. Ashwini suddenly collapses in agony, causing great concern among those present. Sai and Satya beseech Bheema to allow them to assist Ashwini. Virat declares that their demands will remain unmet, even if they inflict harm upon a passenger, and urges them to permit the necessary medical treatment. Bheema instructs Satya to attend to Ashwini’s condition. In a dizzying state, Ashwini pleads for water. Satya appeals to someone in the vicinity to offer her some, but Bheema’s warning prevents anyone from coming to their aid.
Bheema angrily throws the food onto the floor, demanding Bhavani to clean it up using her mouth as a means to obtain water. Virat and other family members intervene, urging Bhavani not to comply. Ashwini desperately attempts to stop Bhavani from performing the degrading task. Reluctantly, Bhavani completes the task and retrieves water for Ashwini. Satya comes forward and helps Ashwini drink the water, while also tending to her wounded hand. Satya reassures them that although the bullet merely grazed her hand, Ashwini has lost a significant amount of blood and urgently needs medical attention at a hospital. Bheema dismisses Satya’s advice, refusing to be told what to do. With determination, Bheema and his team head towards the cockpit to engage with government officials.
Meanwhile, Ashwini pleads with the terrorists to allow her a moment to speak to Virat. Miraculously, they grant her request. Bheema contacts the Air Traffic Control (ATC) and communicates with the Commissioner, demanding the immediate release of Ramakant. The Commissioner assures him that the process is underway.
In a moment of guilt, Ashwini confesses to Virat that she was the catalyst for Sai’s second marriage and implores him to forgive her. Virat consoles Ashwini, absolving her of blame and attributing their circumstances to a higher power. Puzzled by the recurring complexity of their predicaments, Virat questions Sai. Bheema interrupts, urging them to cease their mind games and warning the Commissioner that he will resort to force to secure Ramakant’s release.
Amidst the tense situation, the terrorists exchange smug smiles. Bheema approaches them, inquiring about their amusement. One of the terrorists reveals to Bheema that Sai is both ACP Virat’s ex-wife and Dr. Satya’s current wife. Seizing this newfound information, the terrorists devise a sinister game. Bheema calls upon Sai to choose whom she loves more, placing a gun in her hands and instructing her to shoot either Virat or Satya. Sai stands petrified, utterly shocked by the unimaginable request.
