Later, Sai goes to Vinu’s room to console him and tries to make him understand that Virat is doing his best to find his mother. She suggests that there’s only one way to bring their mother back, and Ninad proposes that they wish for Pakhi’s return. Just then, they hear a doorbell and it turns out to be Amba. Bhavani is shocked to see Amba and asks her what she’s doing there. Amba tells Satya that they need to leave as guests are waiting for them. Satya, however, says that they can’t leave yet because Vinu hasn’t cut his cake. Amba argues that their problems won’t end, and they should leave this “unlucky place.” Bhavani rebukes Amba and warns her to keep Sai in check.
In this particular scenario, Sai requests Vinu to cut the cake after praying to God for Pakhi’s safe return. Vinu, however, refuses to do so. Harini interrupts and informs Sai that her mother-in-law is present, which surprises Sai.

Vinu and Savi come downstairs, and Savi informs everyone that Vinu has agreed to cut the cake. Everyone feels happy, and Amba suggests that Sai and Satya return home after finishing everything.
Sai asks Vinu to cut the cake and reveals that they all have prayed for Pakhi’s safe return. Vinu agrees to cut the cake on one condition, which shocks everyone. Vinu demands that he wants to adopt Sai as his mother until Pakhi returns, and he already has the necessary papers ready.
