Realizing the urgency, Vikrant feels the need to leave the scene hastily. As Ayush and Lakshmi spot Rishi’s overturned car, anxiety grips their hearts, worrying about Rishi’s safety. Without wasting a moment, they step out of the car.
Approaching Rishi, Lakshmi and Ayush make desperate attempts to awaken him. A terrified Lakshmi screams Rishi’s name as she notices him bleeding on the road. The sound of Lakshmi’s distress catches Vikrant off guard. In his startled state, he loses his footing and falls onto a nearby rock, rendering him unconscious.
Sensing the severity of the situation, Lakshmi implores Ayush to call for an ambulance. Agreeing wholeheartedly, Ayush swiftly dials the emergency services. Several onlookers come forward, lending a helping hand to Lakshmi and Ayush in rescuing Rishi from the wreckage. Speculations arise among the bystanders that the accident may have been caused by the tempo truck driver, who possibly fled the scene.
With a glimmer of hope, Ayush assures Lakshmi that an ambulance is on its way. Meanwhile, Shalu and Bani, growing increasingly anxious about Rishi’s well-being, become determined to locate Ayush and attempt to reach out to him through a phone call.
Ayush reaches out to Karishma, urging her to remain calm as he prepares to share something with her. Curious, Karishma inquires about the matter, prompting Ayush to reveal that he’s been following an ambulance. Inside the ambulance lies Rishi, who has been involved in an accident, accompanied by Lakshmi. They are en route to the city hospital. Karishma ponders how she should inform Neelam about this distressing news.
Observing Karishma’s tense demeanor, Neelam approaches her and inquires about the cause of her distress. Karishma confides in Neelam, informing her that Rishi has been in an accident and Ayush has relayed the message that Rishi is being taken to the city hospital, with Lakshmi by his side. Neelam wonders why Lakshmi is with Rishi. Dadi intervenes, urging Neelam to find solace in the fact that Lakshmi is with Rishi. Resolute, Neelam decides to head to the city hospital.
As Malishka descends the stairs, she questions Saloni about the commotion and the destination everyone is rushing towards. Saloni reveals that they are all rushing to the city hospital as Rishi has been involved in an accident. Malishka expresses her concern for Rishi’s well-being. Dadi reassures Malishka, reminding her that Lakshmi is accompanying Rishi.
Meanwhile, a few passersby notice Vikrant lying unconscious and bleeding by the roadside. Moved by compassion, they decide to transport Vikrant to a hospital.
Within the hospital, Lakshmi holds onto Rishi’s hand as the medical staff transfers him to the operation theater. Eventually, she releases his hand as they wheel Rishi inside for the operation.
Vikrant is admitted to the hospital, and a nurse queries the attendant about the person who accompanied him. The attendant explains that some individuals brought Vikrant to the hospital and left. Seeking guidance, the attendant asks the nurse for instructions. The nurse advises the attendant to set aside Vikrant’s phone and inform any callers to come to the hospital, assuring them that the patient will receive treatment in the meantime. Additionally, the nurse acknowledges the need to notify the police.
Virendra arrives at the hospital and approaches Ayush, seeking information about the situation. Ayush informs Virendra that Lakshmi had a feeling that something might have happened to Rishi, prompting them to search for him. Eventually, they discovered Rishi injured and bleeding inside a car.
Virendra approaches Lakshmi and commends her for once again saving Rishi’s life. He expresses his curiosity about how she always manages to sense when Rishi is in trouble. In response, Lakshmi asks Virendra if Rishi will recover. Virendra reassures her, stating that as long as she remains by Rishi’s side, he will always be safe.
Regaining consciousness, Vikrant questions the nurse about his whereabouts. She informs him that he is in a hospital and advises him to contact his family. Vikrant recalls the events and fears that all his efforts will be in vain if Lakshmi saved Rishi.
