Filled with anger, Chaman inquires about the situation, to which they reveal that they were deliberating on wedding arrangements. Chaman becomes furious, reproaching them for making decisions without consulting her. Understanding Sayuri’s potential dissatisfaction with their impending wedding, Chaman empathetically acknowledges her feelings.
However, Chaman claims that upon her arrival, she discovered four individuals at the location, while they insist that they were only three, as the others had gone to the temple. Unbeknownst to them, Amu was hiding behind the bushes and accidentally got her dress caught on a plant. Sensing a presence, Chaman becomes startled, but Kanha playfully startles her further by falsely claiming it’s a rat. Chaman becomes terrified, while the rest of the group bursts into laughter.
Kanha informs them that the Director, who was supposed to come that day, couldn’t make it due to other commitments. He assures everyone that the Director will come the following day. Chaman grows irritated, feeling that the Director is not keeping his word. She announces that she will no longer wait and that if the Director doesn’t arrive by tomorrow, they won’t sign any contracts. Meanwhile, Amu manages to free herself from the bushes.
Chaman leaves in an angry huff, and the remaining trio realizes that Amu is no longer present. Nakul suggests going to Amu for assistance regarding the Director, but Kanha advises against it. Sayuri agrees with Kanha, stating that it would be selfish to use Amu and that the trio can find a solution on their own. However, Amu interjects, pointing out that they are not a trio but a group of four, and she agrees to help them in any way she can. The trio becomes elated at her willingness to assist, and their spirits lift.
As Chaman and Kanha work together on their wedding card, Chaman playfully flirts with Kanha. She insists that their names should be placed as closely together as possible, and Sayuri, complying with her demand, arranges them accordingly. Chaman then adds further conditions, and Sayuri dutifully incorporates them into the card design. Feeling the pressure of the upcoming mehendi function, Chaman urges Sayuri to hurry up, aware that time is running out.
In the midst of the preparations, Sayuri and Kanha reminisce about Amu’s attempt to contact the Director the following day. However, their hopes are dashed when they learn that the Director has declined Amu’s request, as he will be occupied for the next week. Determined to find a solution, Nakul and Amu decide to leave together and persuade the Director in person. Meanwhile, Sayuri attempts to convince Amu to postpone the mehendi function, but Chaman adamantly refuses to entertain the idea. Despite Kanha’s agreement with Sayuri’s concerns, his attempts to charm Chaman into reconsidering prove futile, as she remains steadfast in her decision.
Upon seeing the wedding invitation, Dadi becomes worried and hopes that Kanha will uphold his promise. Understanding the need for a convincing façade, Kanha instructs his family to feign happiness about the wedding in order to deceive Chaman. Although they are apprehensive, they agree to stand by Kanha and support his plan. Unfortunately, Nakul informs them that they were unable to sway the Director’s decision. Undeterred, the next day arrives, and everyone prepares for the mehendi function, only to discover the presence of Bhaang—a type of intoxicating drink. Chaman warmly greets Bhaang, declaring it a part of the celebration. She also mentions that Tingu is creating a hashtag combining her and Kanha’s names. Meanwhile, as Kanha gets dressed, Sayuri’s worry about losing him intensifies. Kanha, however, reassures her that nothing untoward will occur.
