The scene opens with Sayuri’s arrival at the hospital, only to find everyone sound asleep. Tingu confronts her and asks why she’s so certain after signing the documents. Sayuri explains that she believes Kanha is in peril. Tingu remains skeptical, but Sayuri insists and barges in to find Kanha gasping for breath. She cries out for the doctor, who rushes to the scene. Tingu watches from a distance as everyone wakes up, alerted by Sayuri’s cries.
The doctor hurries into the room and discovers that the machine is switched off. Without delay, he rectifies the situation, and Sayuri expresses her astonishment at how negligent the staff can be. The doctor reprimands the nurse for her carelessness, but she defends herself by stating that a ward boy informed her that the doctor had summoned her. While the doctor continues to scold her, Tingu becomes angry with Sayuri for ruining his plan. He contacts Chaman, who is asleep, and informs him that Sayuri is developing a close relationship with Kanha. Tingu sends a photo to Chaman, and he becomes enraged.
The doctor attempted to send Sayuri away, but she refused to leave. Saroj then intervened and convinced Sayuri to leave the room. When Sayuri stepped outside, she saw that Chaman was glaring at her with anger. Chaman demanded to know why Sayuri was present and attempted to take her mangalsutra from her. Sayuri explained that she had sensed that Kanha was in danger and had rushed to his aid, as she had suspected he was struggling for his life. Dadi Mausi ridiculed Sayuri for not staying with Kanha when he needed her the most, but Saroj defended her and urged Dadi Mausi to refrain from speaking ill of her. Nakul declared that Sayuri was necessary for Kanha’s recovery and went to look for her. Sayuri assured Chaman that she was only present to help save Kanha, and he finally relented, looking angry at Tingu. Nakul followed Sayuri as she left.
Chaman grabbed Tingu by the throat in a fit of anger and demanded to know why he had not taken any measures to save Kanda. He also questioned why Tingu was there when she had never asked him to come. Tingu responded with a lie, claiming that he had come to keep an eye on Sayuri. Chaman, satisfied with Tingu’s response, let him go.
Sayuri, feeling helpless, blamed her fate for forcing her to leave. Nakul was curious about what she meant by fate, but Sayuri lied and said it was related to her health before leaving the room.
Ami sought the help of her friend to reach out to Nakul, while Rashmi attempted to convince him to change his mind. However, Nakul warned her off and refused to listen.
Dadi was worried about Sayuri, who had spent the entire night praying for Kanha. The next morning, everyone returned home and was stopped by Tingu, who had something to say.
Rashmi mocked Sayuri, stating that Chaman had taken Kanha from her. However, Sayuri remained steadfast, saying that no one could take what rightfully belonged to her.

Meanwhile, Nakul got into an argument with Tingu as he wanted to see Sayuri, but Chaman angrily intervened and stated that Sayuri would not be visiting their home, nor would they be meeting her. This left Kanha confused and he inquired about the meaning behind Chaman’s statement.
