In the latest episode, Abhimanyu expressed his desire to have custody of his son, Abhir, to Akshara. He claimed that he had a right to his child and was not concerned about anyone else’s feelings. Akshara questioned Abhimanyu about his intentions and asked if he was planning to take Abhir away from her and Abhinav. Abhimanyu clarified that he wasn’t taking Abhir away, but rather wanted what was rightfully his. He also mentioned that Akshara had sent him a legal notice, which could be used against him in the future if he didn’t act now. Despite Akshara’s attempts to explain the truth behind the legal notice, Abhimanyu refused to listen. This led to a heated argument between the two, and Akshara ended up challenging Abhimanyu openly. They have now decided to face each other in court for Abhir’s custody.
Manish was concerned about Akshara and decided to contact Abhimanyu. However, Akshara told him it would be pointless to talk to Abhimanyu. Manish then asked Akshara what had happened with Manjiri. Akshara informed him that she was unable to meet Manjiri and instead ran into Abhimanyu. When Kairav and Manish inquired about Abhimanyu’s response, Akshara revealed that he had decided to pursue custody. Kairav supported Akshara and expressed that he was familiar with Abhimanyu.
During a conversation between Manish and Kairav, Manish expressed that both Abhimanyu and Akshara were equally at fault. Meanwhile, Surekha criticized Kairav for sending a legal notice to Abhimanyu, as she believed that Abhimanyu’s erratic behavior was widely known. After Manish made a remark about how Abhimanyu would suffer the most, Akshara became visibly worried. Despite this, Kairav resolved to take legal action and fight back in court.
Upon examining the legal papers, Abhimanyu is approached by Arohi, who confronts him about filing for Abhir’s custody. She expresses her concern about how he could take such a step without considering Ruhi or their relationship. Abhimanyu argues that Ruhi is just as important to him. However, Arohi accuses him of replacing Ruhi with Abhir in his life. The two continue to argue until Arohi makes it clear that she won’t let Ruhi suffer because of Abhir. Abhimanyu is left speechless and stunned by her words.
Akshara and the Goenkas express concern over the pending case. Manish admonishes Akshara, claiming she has already made a mess of everything. Akshara responds by saying that now that Abhimanyu has decided to pursue custody, they must also prepare themselves. She explains that losing Abhir is not an option, and that she has been ready for this day for quite some time.
Ruhi insisted that Abhimanyu accompany her to the parent-teacher meeting. However, Arohi argued that Abhimanyu had other important tasks to attend to and couldn’t come with her. But Ruhi disagreed and claimed that she was important to Abhimanyu. Eventually, Abhimanyu decided to go with Ruhi and requested Manjiri to handle his court duties in his absence. Manjiri assured Abhimanyu that she would take care of everything.
Suhasini sends her best wishes to Akshara and Abhinav. Curious about their plans, Abhir asks which exam they will be taking. Akshara responds that it will be a more significant exam than her previous one. Abhir wishes Akshara good luck and notices Abhimanyu’s name on the document. He asks if Abhimanyu will also be taking the exam. Akshara tries to change the subject, but Abhir expresses his hope that both Akshara and Abhimanyu will succeed.
Neelima contacts Muskaan, but it’s Kairav who picks up the call. Neelima expresses her dissatisfaction to Kairav about sending back a potential groom who came to see Muskaan. Kairav comforts Neelima, assuring her that they will find a suitable man for Muskaan.
Later, Akshara, Manish, Kairav, and Abhinav head to the court. Meanwhile, Manjiri and Anand attend the hearing without Abhimanyu. During the hearing, Abhimanyu’s lawyer ridicules Abhinav for being an orphan and Akshara for her financial instability.
