The scene opens with Sonam recalling Raksham’s words and preparing to shatter a vase. Raksham intervenes and attempts to approach her. Sonam reprimands him for confusing Nityam’s feelings towards Saavi, expressing her dissatisfaction that Saavi had to move on from her divorce. Raksham counters that Nityam is in love with Saavi, and this is his home. Sonam reminds him that he is talking about his brother Nityam, and as a sister, she does not want to see Saavi get hurt again. Raksham disagrees, claiming that he knows his brother’s feelings for Saavi just as Sonam knows Saavi’s. He insists that he witnessed the love in Nityam’s eyes for Saavi and urges Sonam to stop dwelling on it and spend time with him instead. Sonam acknowledges that she cannot replace Saavi as Nityam’s love interest.
Later on, Saavi declines to drink a bitter juice, insisting on sleeping instead. Nityam urges her to drink it, stating that it will increase her blood levels. He suggests they drink it together and keep each other company. Sonam is taken aback by their closeness.
Sonam believes that Raksham is correct, but she cannot allow him to love her because he may divorce her and send Saavi out of the house. Nityam excuses Saavi, who complained about the taste of his juice. They argue like children, which annoys Sonam. Later, Manav reminisces about his moments with Saavi while sitting on Chattriprasad. Sonam calls him to ask if he proposed to Saavi, but he says he is still thinking about her.
Sonam tells Manav that he is wasting time and should confess his love to Saavi as soon as possible. Manav reveals that he already confessed his love in a letter, but he lost it. Sonam offers to help him meet Saavi. She finds the lost letter and thinks about using it to separate Saavi and Nityam.
Meanwhile, Ratnam is praying in the temple, and Nutan worries that Sonam may still be sleeping in her house on the day of her first rasoi. Kumud is present and threatens to punish Sonam if she fails to complete the rituals.
Nutan contacts Sonam in an attempt to warn her, but Sonam assures her that she has already woken up and completed everything, and asks her not to worry. Sonam invites everyone to attend the feast and requests that Nutan bring Manav along. Sonam is confident that Saavi will be leaving the house and staying there forever.
Later, Vedika contacts Himesh to inquire about his whereabouts. He informs her that he is taking care of Dimpy, who is unwell. Sonam encourages everyone to have breakfast, and Kumud is surprised to see Sonam taking care of the family. Nityam brings Saavi to the gathering, and she serves food to everyone while describing the rasam. Kumud compliments Saavi on her extensive knowledge of the dish, and Saavi returns the compliment. She offers to assist Kumud, but Nityam intervenes and instructs Saavi to finish her own breakfast. Raksham teases Nityam for taking care of Saavi. Sonam is determined not to let Saavi remain in the house.
