The episode commences with Dhara and Krish being taken aback as they overhear a doctor reprimanding another doctor for wrongly labeling a blood sample with the name of a different patient. Meanwhile, Shiva encounters Arushi, who is in tears and expresses her distress over the rumors circulating about their relationship. She discloses that people speculate Shiva’s lack of genuine intentions towards marrying her and believe he is merely passing time. Arushi mentions the common notion that if Shiva truly intended to marry her, he would have brought his family to her house to formally propose.
At the hospital, Dhara and Krish realize that Shweta’s blood sample has also been mixed up. Determined to rectify the situation, they decide to locate Shweta’s blood sample and conduct another test. While Dhara distracts the doctor named Arun, Krish manages to find Shweta’s blood sample. Unfortunately, Arun becomes aware of Krish’s actions. In a separate scene, Shiva reassures Arushi that he will indeed come with his family to seek her hand in marriage. Arushi confides in him about witnessing her mother physically abusing him and Dhara scolding him. She portrays the unfavorable position Shiva holds in that household. Arushi further discloses that Dhara had visited her house, rejected their alliance, and issued a stern warning, leaving Shiva in a state of shock.
Back at the hospital, Dhara skillfully diverts Arun’s attention, allowing Krish to discreetly secure the blood sample in his pocket. Krish subsequently departs, followed by Dhara, who excuses herself as well. Meanwhile, Shiva contemplates the impending confrontation between his family and Arushi’s, envisioning a tumultuous clash. Nevertheless, he makes a promise to Arushi that he will arrive with his family to formally propose for her hand in marriage.
Shiva storms back home with fury burning in his eyes. In a fit of desperation, he drenches himself in kerosene, causing his family to gasp in horror. Threatening to set himself ablaze, he sends shockwaves through their hearts. The family desperately attempts to intervene, their efforts futile against his determination. With anguish in his voice, Shiva questions why he is forbidden from marrying Arushi, his beloved. He reveals that all he ever wanted was for their families to meet and consider the union, yet they vehemently opposed the idea. Just as he is on the verge of igniting the flames, a sudden intervention occurs. Suman steps forward, halting Shiva’s self-destructive path, and stuns everyone with her decision. She agrees to accompany him promptly to meet Arushi’s family, leaving the entire household in awe.
Shiva asks Suman if she will not change her decision. Suman asks Shiva to burn himself in that case. She blows the match stick in his hand. Shiva hurriedly takes a bath to get ready. Suman says to the family that she is forced to agree and asks them to get ready too. Dev finds that Shiva fooled them and it wasn’t kerosine.
Arushi is busy preparing snacks, and her mom inquires about the reason behind her preparations. She specifically asks if Shiva is expected to join them. Arushi responds, suggesting that her mom find out for herself when they will arrive. Meanwhile, at the Pandya household, Krish asks Dhara about Raavi’s whereabouts. Dhara explains that Rishita and Raavi went out with the children. Krish is taken aback when he sees Shiva looking well-dressed. Dhara declines the invitation to join them, and when questioned by the family, Shiva intervenes, stating that Dhara has caused enough trouble in his life and she doesn’t need to come along. Dhara silently expresses her gratitude towards Shiva. Dev insists that Dhara should join them, but she assures everyone that Suman will handle everything proficiently, rendering her presence unnecessary. Suman becomes suspicious, suspecting that Dhara is plotting something. Before leaving, Suman instructs Prerna to vacate the house. Krish attempts to object, but Suman dismisses him. Dhara assures Krish that she will convince Suman.
On their way back home, Rishita and Raavi notice the Pandyas driving away in their car. They wonder where they are going, leaving them behind. Rishita tries to contact Dev, but he doesn’t answer her call. Shiva warns Dev against betraying Raavi with Rishita. Rishita calls Dev again, and this time he answers. She asks Dev about their destination, and he reveals that they are headed to Arushi’s house. Shiva interjects, urging Dev to finalize his marriage with Arushi. Later, Rishita informs Raavi that the Pandyas are going to Arushi’s house to arrange an alliance between Arushi and Shiva, leaving Raavi shocked.
