The episode commences with Prathna confiding in Pratha’s photo about her current phase, resembling the one Pratha went through. She expresses her remorse for causing her father’s demise. Suddenly, Pratha materializes before her and reassures Prathna that she made the right decision in punishing Jeet. Prathna acknowledges Pratha’s constant guidance towards the righteous path. Pratha foresees an imminent danger looming over Prathna and Raghu’s lives. She confesses that occasionally she is unable to alter one’s predetermined fate.
Subsequently, Prathna relishes the sight of raindrops cascading outside her window. Raghu joins her, and together they venture outside, indulging in an enthralling dance under the pouring rain. Unbeknownst to them, an observer clandestinely watches their passionate performance.
Later, Prathna reached out to Meher and Purvika, inviting them to join her for a meal. Purvika approached Prathna and shared Meher’s longing for Manjeet and Jeet, both of whom tragically lost their lives in the ministry attack. Reflecting on their untimely demise, Prathna approached Meher, offering solace and assuring her that their parents were now watching over them as shining stars in the sky.
Within the Naagmahal, Takshak expressed to Prathna and Raghu that they would forever remain Shesh Naag and Naagin in his eyes. Grateful for his kind sentiment, Prathna acknowledged the gesture but confessed that they could no longer fulfill their previous duties. Consequently, she made the decision to return her Naagmani to Takshak. In response, Takshak informed Prathna that she had a crucial choice to make – she must select the next Shesh Naagin and entrust the Naagmani to that individual. Failure to do so would jeopardize her own life. Prathna pondered the weight of this responsibility, her gaze fixed on Takshak.
Prathna and Raghu arrive back at their home, and Prathna expresses her concern to Raghu about how they should choose their heir. She points out that their children are still young, so they need to decide who is more suitable once they reach the age of 18. Until then, they must safeguard the Naagmani, which they discreetly hide behind their wedding photograph.
After much consideration, Prathna and Raghu decide to proceed with Suwarna’s wedding the following day. Suwarna informs them that she wants a simple ceremony at Naagmahal, to which Prathna agrees. Later, Ajay presents Suwarna with shagun items and expresses his anticipation for her presence in his life. Suwarna’s joy is evident when she sees the Shagun saree. She tells Ajay that their children will also be Naagin, to which Ajay responds positively, stating that he has no objections.
Takshak summons Raghu, Suwarna, and the others to Naagmahal. He informs them that Suwarna and Ajay’s horoscopes do not align, posing a risk to Ajay’s life if they proceed with the marriage. Undeterred, Suwarna boldly declares her intention to marry Ajay and seeks his opinion. Ajay reassures her that he is ready for the union as well. Prathna interjects, suggesting that love will also harmonize their horoscopes. Takshak, understanding their resolve, promises to pray for their well-being.
The following day, Prathna and Raghu prepare themselves for Suwarna’s wedding. Prathna finds it challenging to tie her dori, and Raghu playfully teases her. They share a cute moment and engage in a playful pillow fight. Meher and Purvika join in, adding to the fun. Amidst the laughter, Prathna offers a prayer to ensure her family’s safety.
However, an unforeseen incident occurs when an unknown person wearing a mask burns Prathna and her family photos. Takshak senses an unsettling aura at the wedding, but Vasuki reassures him that everything will be alright. Prathna presents her grandmother’s anklets as a gift to Suwarna, who expresses her gratitude. The marriage rituals of Suwarna and Ajay commence.
Meanwhile, the masked individual and their accomplices infiltrate Raghu’s house. They demand Naagmani from Gautham and others. Gautham asserts their lack of knowledge regarding Naagmani. In response, the masked person ruthlessly shoots Gautham’s feet, compelling his men to search for Naagmani. Gautham urgently contacts Raghu, who answers the call while realizing that someone has broken into the house with the intention of stealing Naagmani. Observing that everyone is occupied with Suwarna and Raghu’s marriage, he quietly slips away from the scene.
The masked assailant fires a gunshot at Gautham, injuring him. In the midst of the chaos, Suwarna and Ajay exchange vows and seek Prathna’s blessings. However, Prathna realizes that Raghu is missing. Determined to find him, she traces his location and discovers that he is heading home. Raghu finally arrives home but is immediately attacked by another masked man. However, he manages to overpower his assailant and shoots him in self-defense. Prathna arrives at the scene and anxiously inquires about the situation. Their attention is drawn to the absence of the Naagmani, a precious gem. Upon closer inspection, Prathna finds a gift from a mysterious figure named Mr. Death and questions his identity, as well as the eerie presence of blood in the hall. She opens the package, only to be confronted with the lifeless bodies of her children, including Gautham. Overwhelmed with grief, Prathna and Raghu weep uncontrollably. Determined to avenge their children’s deaths, Prathna swears to hunt down the culprits responsible, while Raghu emphasizes the importance of keeping the Naagmani away from evil hands.
A masked man delivers the Naagmani to his superior, warning him that Prathna and Raghu will undoubtedly come to reclaim it. Suwarna and Ajay return home, and Raghu requests Ajay’s assistance in tracking down Mr. Death using the tracker attached to the Naagmani’s case. Prathna agrees, expressing concern for Ajay’s safety. Ajay reassures them, stating that he considers himself part of their family and is determined to help. Utilizing the tracker’s assistance, they locate Mr. Death’s whereabouts. Ajay and Prathna retrieve the Naagmani’s case from Mr. Death and urge Raghu to leave the scene with the gem. Raghu departs as instructed. Meanwhile, Ajay fires his weapon to distract their enemies.
Prathna confronts Mr. Death, demanding information about his boss. In a moment of desperation, Mr. Death shoves her aside and seizes Ajay’s gun, attempting to shoot Prathna. However, Ajay bravely intervenes and takes the bullet intended for her. Prathna pleads to Lord Shiva for assistance, and suddenly a flock of eagles descends, preventing Mr. Death from harming her. Seizing the opportunity, Prathna eliminates Mr. Death. Raghu returns home, only to be shot by an unidentified individual. Prathna rushes to his side, questioning what happened, but in that moment, she, too, is shot. Prathna collapses to the floor, overcome by the wounds she has sustained.
