The episode begins with Meet taking care of Cheeku, feeding him, and expressing her concern that his family must be worried about him. She suggests that he should go back to his family. Cheeku becomes nervous upon hearing this. Meet assures him that she has packed his clothes and even bought new toys for him. In the meantime, Kanika calls Meet and requests her to come and meet the staff from the child welfare care department. As Meet is leaving, her anklet accidentally falls. Realizing this, Cheeku picks it up and decides to follow Meet in order to return it to her. When Meet arrives at the designated meeting place, Kanika introduces her to Rupali as a worker from the child welfare organization. Kanika asks Rupali to convince Meet and persuade her to take Cheeku with her.

Cheeku arrives at the location and is taken aback when he sees Kanika. The memory of her killing Mohan rushes back to him, triggering a panic attack. Kanika quickly makes up excuses and hastily departs from the scene. Manmeet informs Sarkar that Cheeku is planning to leave. In an attempt to stop Cheeku, Meet brings Rupali to the house and assures him that she will convince him to stay. Overwhelmed with emotions, Cheeku falls to his knees, sobbing uncontrollably. Meet assures him that if he doesn’t want to leave, she won’t allow it. Determined to support Cheeku, Meet decides to accompany him wherever he goes. Manmeet suggests to Sarkar that they should ask for something in return for allowing Cheeku to stay at home. Manmeet pledges to do the same. Sarkar agrees to let Cheeku stay until they find his parents, but he harbors concerns about the potential consequences of Manmeet’s promise.

Meet and Manmeet make efforts to understand the root of Cheeku’s constant fear. Meet suggests increasing security measures around Cheeku for his safety. Meanwhile, Rupali confides in Kanika that their plan would have succeeded if Cheeku hadn’t started crying. Kanika contemplates ways to drive Meet and Manmeet away from Cheeku, envisioning an opportunity to take him away from the house. She instructs the orphanage manager to keep Meet occupied at the orphanage the following day, intending to exploit the chance to make Cheeku leave.

Mahendra and Gunwanti engage in derogatory gossip about Meet and Manmeet. In response, Meet employs a strategy to make Sumeet fall asleep. Meanwhile, Kanika initiates a conversation with Meet, attempting to manipulate her by fabricating news of Mohan’s demise. Kanika successfully influences Meet with her deceptive words, convincing her to visit the orphanage under the pretext of distributing medicines and uncovering the truth. Kanika believes that she has managed to separate Meet from Cheeku, but now she must devise a plan to send Manmeet away as well. Upon learning about Meet’s intention to go to the orphanage, she advises Manmeet to stay close to Cheeku and Sumeet. Meanwhile, Yashoda places medicines on the table. Kanika contacts the manager and instructs him to eliminate any evidence related to Cheeku and Mohan from the orphanage.

In a troubling turn of events, Kanika secretly adds something to Sumeet’s medication. At the orphanage, Meet diligently supplies vitamins to all the children, and the manager informs her that he has arranged for the media to document her commendable efforts. Unbeknownst to Meet, one of the girls unknowingly has a picture of Cheeku stuck to her back from the discarded trash. Meet catches a glimpse of it but fails to fully comprehend the image. Determined to investigate, she plans to show the picture to the girl, hoping for answers. However, before she can do so, the girl suddenly starts coughing uncontrollably and loses consciousness. Simultaneously, Yashoda informs Manmeet that Sumeet is experiencing episodes of vomiting. The episode concludes with Meet growing increasingly anxious as she witnesses all the children falling unconscious.
