Daljeet thanks them for their assistance, and Palki and Rajveer become entranced by each other.
Daljeet discusses her plans to decorate the house with lights, with Shailendra agreeing to spend generously on the occasion. Preeta asks Rajveer to take care of the lighting and ensure that it is visible to everyone. She then queries Daljeet about the menu for the event, and Daljeet decides to cook the food herself while ordering sweets from outside. Preeta offers to make laddoos, which Daljeet happily accepts. Mahi takes charge of Palki’s appearance for the engagement, while Preeta and the others get to work. Shaurya is asked by Sandy if he is sure about his decision. Shaurya then questions why Sandy is so concerned about Palki. He explains that he needs to do this for his peace of mind. Gurpreet compliments Preeta for taking charge and assigning tasks for everyone in Daljeet’s house. Daljeet trusts her a lot, and Preeta hopes to maintain that trust by doing the laddoos well. Palki arrives, and Preeta asks her to taste the laddoos. Palki enjoys them, commenting that they are really good.
Rajveer receives guidance from Daljeet on how to decorate the flowers before Daljeet departs. Daljeet then enlists Palki’s assistance to aid Rajveer in his decorating efforts. While arranging the flowers, Rajveer notices the table moving and climbs down to investigate. Palki checks in on him, and Rajveer assures her he’s okay before heading off to retrieve another table. As Rajveer is away, Palki notices the flowers falling and attempts to fix them by climbing onto the table. However, the table shifts, and Rajveer rushes in to catch her as she falls. In the moment, they share a trance-like state, gazing into each other’s eyes before coming back to reality. Later, Daljeet instructs Rajveer to fetch her something and asks Palki to guide him to it.
Mahi approaches Daljeet, expressing a desire for pencil heels, which Daljeet agrees to help her acquire by stealing money from Shailendra. Grateful, Mahi thanks Daljeet and Daljeet reminds her to focus on being beautiful from within. After Daljeet leaves, Mahi admires herself in the mirror, but feels as though Rajveer isn’t impressed with her. In an effort to change his opinion, Mahi decides to switch into a different dress. When Daljeet discovers the dresses laid out on the bed, Mahi fibs about the reason for their appearance before slipping away to change. Meanwhile, Rajveer and Palki venture to the storeroom, where Rajveer catches Palki’s arm, and they become lost in each other’s gaze, slipping into a trance.
