The episode begins with Chandni asking Raunaq about his sister’s death. Raunaq becomes angry and wonders if she wants to harm him. Chandni explains that just like Raunaq had misunderstandings about Sumer, maybe the same is true for her sister’s death. She asks Raunaq to look into her eyes and honestly say if he believes she is responsible, and she requests him to trust that she didn’t harm his sister. Raunaq remembers his sister’s screams and how she accused Chandni of trapping her. He scolds Chandni harshly and tells her to go and sleep. Chandni feels sad and upset.
Once Raunaq falls asleep, Chandni goes and sits near his couch and falls asleep there too. Raunaq wakes up and sees Chandni sleeping while holding his hand and murmuring in her sleep. He tries to wake up quietly and places a cushion under her head, making her sleep properly on the bed. He thinks about what she said about the misunderstanding that led to his sister’s death. He wonders why he feels good every time he sees her and mentions that Avantika had mentioned Chandni’s name, making him unable to trust her. Chandni wakes up with a smile and wishes Raunaq a good morning, but Raunaq tells her that nothing is good.
Vandana tries to have a conversation with Sanjot, but Sanjot makes sarcastic remarks about Vandana staying at her daughters’ in-laws’ place. Nisha arrives there and tells Sanjot that she couldn’t sleep last night. Sanjot asks if she was studying, and Nisha gets annoyed. Later, Vandana approaches Nisha and tries to understand why she is feeling down. Vandana offers to share a secret with Nisha in exchange for Nisha sharing her own secret. Vandana reveals that she secretly eats sweets. Nisha realizes she can’t explain her feelings to her grandmother (Nani). She tells Nani that if she has any secrets, she will share them later.
Chandni tells Raunaq that she’s going to make tea and asks if he wants one too. She playfully asks if he took his medicine. Chandni acknowledges that Raunaq hates her a lot and feels like she forced him into this marriage. However, she has decided to give him what he truly deserves. She plans to go back to Amritsar once they tell the truth to Sumer. Chandni is willing to take the blame and convince Sumer. She doesn’t want to see Raunaq unhappy and wants him to live happily with his family.
Raunaq drinks alcohol and thinks about Chandni’s decision to leave the Babbar house. Meanwhile, Chandni packs her luggage while crying. Raunaq and Chandni reminisce about their memories together as the song “Hoye Ishq Na” plays in the background. Chandni admits that it’s painful for her to distance herself from Raunaq because she still loves him despite everything. Raunaq wonders why he’s feeling the pain even though he always hated Chandni. He used to want her to stay away from his life, but now he’s unable to handle the idea. The episode ends with Raunaq realizing he can’t understand how he will be able to live without Chandni, while Chandni looks at their wedding photo.

Precap : Raunaq will bend down and touch Sumer’s feet, asking for forgiveness. Sumer will be pleasantly surprised and inquire from Chandni about returning his son to him. They will also present Sanjot’s confession as evidence.
