He notices her tearful state and embraces her, assuring her that everything will be fine. Shalu, overcome with restlessness, challenges Ayush’s optimistic outlook and questions how he can claim that everything will resolve itself. Ayush replies that God will restore harmony and asserts that God listens to the pleas of siblings, citing Shalu’s special connection with Baba ji. He advises her to find solace for herself, Lakshmi, and him, urging her to return home. Shalu complies and departs. In a heartfelt conversation, Dadi confides in Virender about her apprehensions regarding Lakshmi’s departure. Virender acknowledges their fortunate circumstances while Lakshmi was present, but Dadi expresses her hopes of Lakshmi remaining in their midst for her and Rishi’s sake. Virender admits to rushing the engagement, but Dadi maintains a positive outlook on Vikrant, affirming that he will bring happiness to Lakshmi’s life. Dadi expresses her confidence in the compatibility between Lakshmi and Vikrant, believing that they will share a blissful union.
The house staff lady excitedly announces that today marks the golden jubilee anniversary of the restaurant. To commemorate this special occasion, they have invited 200 couples to celebrate. As she welcomes everyone, she singles out Lakshmi and Vikrant as the honored couple of the evening. Malishka and Rishi, who are already present, express their surprise at seeing Lakshmi and Vikrant there. Malishka asks Rishi if he had informed Lakshmi about their plan to come to the restaurant.
The lady informs Vikrant and Lakshmi that they are the 200th couple to arrive and presents them with a special memento. She invites them to a reserved table, which upsets Malishka, prompting her to approach them. Vikrant greets Malishka, and she and Rishi play off the coincidence. Malishka comments on Lakshmi’s gajra (flower garland), and Vikrant reveals it to be a surprise gift, inviting them to join them at the table.
The lady announces that another couple, the 200th guests of the evening, is also present. She suggests celebrating with some games and invites interested couples to participate. Malishka expresses her desire to play the game and urges Lakshmi to join, before challenging her.
Rishi advises Malishka not to pressure Lakshmi, but Lakshmi willingly agrees to participate. Malishka sees this as an opportunity to humiliate Lakshmi and prove that neither Lakshmi and Rishi, nor Lakshmi and Vikrant, make a good couple. Rishi calls Neelam and reminds her to take her medicine, but she doesn’t listen and abruptly ends the call. Rishi assumes that Neelam didn’t let him mention that Lakshmi reminded him about her medication. Neelam commends Rishi for his caring nature and shifts the blame onto Lakshmi.
The lady asks each of them for their names, and they introduce themselves accordingly. She presents them with a wet cloth with three knots and explains that they have to use their non-dominant hand to untie the knots. She signals the start of the game, and the participants eagerly prepare to begin.
All the couples engage in playing the game. Malishka inquires of Rishi if he is capable of doing it. Vikrant assures Lakshmi that they can accomplish the task together. Malishka and Rishi successfully untie the first knot, followed by the other couples. However, they encounter difficulty with the remaining knots as the cloth is wet. Undeterred, Malishka manages to open the second knot. Neelam confides in Karishma, expressing her anticipation for the day when Lakshmi will no longer be a part of Rishi’s life. Karishma questions whether Lakshmi will survive until that fateful day arrives. Just then, Ayush arrives on the scene, observing the unfolding events. Neelam and Karishma find themselves taken aback by his unexpected presence.
