Karishma assures her that nobody overheard their conversation and advises her to concentrate on caring for Rishi.
Dadi requested that Virendra give Neelam and Rishi a ride to the airport, to which Virendra complied. Later, Karishma arrived and shared the news that Lakshmi and Vikrant’s pre-engagement ceremony would be taking place the following day. Dadi inquired whether Neelam was aware of the celebration, and Karishma replied that it was Neelam’s decision and advised them to handle it accordingly. Rishi asked for clarification on the conversation, prompting Virendra to explain that the pre-engagement ceremony would occur in Lakshmi and Vikrant’s absence.
While descending the stairs, Neelam experiences dizziness and slips, causing her to fall down the stairs. Rishi promptly assists Neelam by carrying her to the sofa. Concerned for her well-being, Ahana and Rishi inquire about Neelam’s injuries. Despite insisting that she is okay, Neelam attempts to leave to catch her flight. However, her family members intervene and advise her to wait until a doctor examines her. Rishi instructs Ayush to contact the doctor and enquire about their whereabouts. Eventually, the doctor arrives and conducts a thorough examination of Neelam, checking her blood pressure and discovering that it is high. The doctor prescribes bed rest and medication, but Neelam is hesitant. The doctor advises her to rest for a few days and writes a prescription for her. Ayush leaves to bring the medicine while also dropping the doctor off.
Karishma offered to go on the pilgrimage in place of Neelam, but Rishi refused to go until Neelam was feeling better. Rishi kindly assisted Neelam to her room and helped her settle into bed. Virendra advised Neelam to remain calm and avoid raising her blood pressure, to which Neelam responded with a remark.
Saloni informs Lakshmi and Vikrant of the upcoming pre-engagement ceremony scheduled for the next day. However, she also shares that Neelam and Rishi will not be attending the event as they are embarking on a pilgrimage. Lakshmi wonders about the sudden decision of their absence.
Ayush approaches Neelam and advises her on the proper way to take her medicine. Meanwhile, Rano and Neha become irritated with a woman who continually extols Shalu and Lakshmi’s courage, leading them to dismiss her from their presence.
In the scenario, Ayush is reminded by Karishma to relax, and she assures him that she will remind Neelam to take her medicine. However, Ayush interrupts and suggests that he will ask Lakshmi to take care of Neelam instead. Karishma reprimands Ayush for giving more importance to Lakshmi than to her. Dadi intervenes and asserts that Neelam is capable of taking care of herself. Dadi also proposes that she will come up with a plan to help Neelam recover quickly once Lakshmi arrives. Rishi decides to call Lakshmi, but Neelam informs him that Lakshmi is with Vikrant’s family. Karishma then requests that Rishi takes care of Lakshmi’s pre-engagement ceremony, to which he agrees.
Dadi contacted Rano to inform her that Lakshmi’s pre-engagement ceremony will take place the following day and extended an invitation to attend. Rano was thrilled to receive this news and expressed her admiration for Lakshmi’s good fortune. After hanging up the phone, Rano shared the information with Lakshmi’s sisters and Neha. Neha decided to prepare for the ceremony and promptly departed. Shalu and Bani, on the other hand, were concerned about Vikrant and Lakshmi’s impending marriage.
Ayush inquires Rishi about his brisk walking. Rishi hushes Ayush, urging him to stop talking. Meanwhile, Vikrant drops Lakshmi off and departs from the scene. Rishi catches sight of Lakshmi and she enquires if they are still going on a pilgrimage. Rishi responds that the plan has been canceled as Neelam has gotten injured. He requests Lakshmi to perform the same medication she had done for him previously. Lakshmi consents to do it and questions Rishi as to why he didn’t call her earlier. She expresses that she would have arrived sooner. Rishi remains quiet, and they both leave the site. Ayush ponders when Rishi and Lakshmi will realize their love for each other.
