The episode commences with Mehek using blackmail to control Prathna and Raghu. Mehek informs them that Purvika and Meher are under her control and if they resist her, they will face dire consequences. Prathna and Raghu feel powerless in the situation. Meanwhile, Meher and Mrig escort Prathna out of the venue, while Trisha remains by Raghu’s side.
In another scene, Ranav and Yamini engage in a heated argument. Patali arrives and intervenes, putting an end to their fight. Ranav becomes reminiscent of a past event upon seeing Patali, while Yamini refers to her as “Maa.” Patali greets Yamini with a high-five and embraces Ranav, but she feels a sense of unease, wondering why she perceives him as Pratham.
Elsewhere, Suwarna alerts Prathna that her family and the Naaglok are in danger. Prathna swears to protect her loved ones and the Naaglok from harm.
Patali brings Yamini and Ranav to her home, urging them to avoid fighting with each other. However, Yamini questions her about whether she remembers her family now. Patali explains her situation, while Ranav expresses his anger about her leaving her children to pursue a different path in life.
Meanwhile, Prathna lights a Diya in front of Shiv Ji and begins to dance before him. She pleads with Shiv Ji to reveal the location of her daughter, vowing not to leave until she discovers her whereabouts. Eventually, Shiv Shakti provides Prathna with a clue as to where Purvika is staying, prompting her to rush off to the location.
In this retelling, we find a family drama unfolding. Ranav, a character in the story, tells Patali a falsehood about learning about his grandfather’s story. Patali questions Ranav’s grandfather’s upbringing, and Ranav responds by telling her that Pratham was defeated by Pari. Yamini interjects, expressing her disappointment that Ranav did not return to them even after learning about them, and that their son, Ashwath, has died. This news saddens Patali, and Ranav accuses Yamini of killing Ashwath, leading to a heated argument. Patali separates them and asks if Yamini came to assert her rights to the family. She also mentions feeling bad when Pratham died and now that she has learned about Ashwath’s death, she cries.
Meanwhile, Shekar and Dadi hear about Ashwath’s passing and Dadi enters the room, asking Patali who she is. Patali introduces herself as Ashwath’s grandmother and says she has returned for her grandson. Ranav goes to Dadi and assures her that Patali will be his grandmother forever. Yamini asks if Patali will return home, and Patali says she will if they agree. Dadi invites her to come with them after the wedding, but Patali smirks, suggesting she may have ulterior motives.
Upon entering Patal lok, Prathna discovers Purvika lying unconscious on the ground. She bravely defeats Rakshas and takes Purvika with her to Naagmahal. Meanwhile, Patali asks Yamini for support in attacking Naaglok. She claims that Mehek is on her side and requests Yamini to help her achieve her goal. However, Yamini sees through her manipulative tactics and refuses to comply, telling Patali that she knows she won’t change. Disheartened, Patali departs.
Yamini soon crosses paths with Mehek and warns her that Ranav will not permit an attack on Naaglok if he discovers their plan. Mehek reassures her that she will take care of it. Meanwhile, Dadi consoles Ranav and lifts his spirits, bringing a smile to his face as he embraces her. Bela observes their interaction.
Prathna brings Purvika to Naagmahal, where Jeet and Manjeet apologize for misunderstanding her. Prathna forgives them and Takshak informs her of the ritual necessary to save Purvika. Prathna follows Takshak’s instructions, and miraculously, Purvika regains consciousness and calls out to her mother. Overjoyed, Prathna embraces her daughter and entrusts her care to Takshak and the others before racing off to stop Raghu’s impending marriage.
Ranav believes that Patali turned them into Rakshas without listening to their father. He suspects that Patali has returned with a motive, but he doesn’t know what it is. Bela arrives and asks if he’s okay. Ranav doesn’t respond appropriately and questions why she’s behaving as if she has rights over him. Bela reminds him that she is his wife. Ranav makes a remark about it, and suddenly, a tree branch nearly falls on her. Ranav swiftly moves to catch it before it lands on her, and in the process, his blood drips onto Bela’s forehead like Sindoor. They both stare at each other intensely. Ranav informs Bela that they need to prepare to face her great-grandmother. Bela realizes that Ranav has passed away and he is now Pratham, and his mother has returned. Patali shows up, and Bela wonders what her motive is. They depart from the area, and an unknown man picks up the bracelet that fell there. Meanwhile, Raghu and Trisha’s wedding is about to conclude when Prathna arrives and pauses time. She calls Suwarna and Ajay inside and instructs them to escort the guests outside. Once the guests are gone, Prathna returns time to normal. Mehek confronts Prathna and reminds her of her previous warning. However, Prathna assures her that her daughters are safe. Raghu inquires if she has found their other daughter, and Prathna responds positively, revealing that Meher is their child. She also informs them that Meher saved Purvika’s life, and she won’t let these people go.
Prathna has declared her intention to take revenge on Mehek and Patali as a wife and mother. Patali shows up at the jewelry store and claims that the bangle being brought in belonged to a Pari who killed Rakshas, and the person whom Ashwath saw before his death had worn it. Yamini informs her husband that there will be a conflict between Naaglok and Rakshaslok tonight, causing unrest in Naaglok.
As a result, Patali, Mehek, and others prepare to attack Naaglok. However, Ranav decides to prevent the Rakshasas and Yamini from assaulting Naaglok. The Naagvanshis attempt to stop Ranav, while Mehek arrives at Naaglok to destroy it and confront Nagaraj and the others. As the Naaglok and Mehek’s army clash, Pari Ma receives the news and decides to protect Naaglok.
Meanwhile, Ranav faces off against the Naagins who attempt to stop him. Seshnaagin intervenes and tries to halt Patali and her army, using her powers on Patali’s team. Mehek and Seshnaagin engage in a fight, while Raghu offers to aid in saving Naaglok. Yamini appears and instructs Raghu to fight her and emerge victorious.
In a sudden turn of events, Pari Ma appears before Patali and Mehek. Patali warns Pari Ma to move aside, but Pari Ma declares her intention to help Prathna and eliminate Patali. Mehek informs Rani Pari that her actions will be in vain, and Patali proceeds to sever Rani Pari’s wings, causing her immense pain. Bela arrives at the scene and discovers her mother lying unconscious on the ground. She realizes that she is seeing her after a gap of twenty years and breaks down in tears. Pari Ma remains unconscious and unresponsive to Bela’s cries.
Bela is determined to fight against the Naagins, but Mehek and her daughter begin attacking Prathna. Bela lies helpless on the ground and watches the battle unfold. Mehek strikes Prathna with her kharag, rendering her powerless. Bela offers her blood to Sesh Naagin Prathna, urging her to drink it and gain more strength to continue the fight. Prathna accepts and drinks Bela’s blood, regaining her powers and reaching Naaglok. Patali attempts to attack Prathna, but Prathna manages to counter and defeat her. However, Bela falls ill due to the blood loss. She tells Prathna that the love between a Rakshas and a Pari is cursed and doomed to fail. Prathna disagrees and believes that if they have fallen for each other, there must be a reason.
Meanwhile, Ranav fights alone against the Naagins sent by Mehek to stop him. Bela faints while speaking to Prathna, but Prathna finds Pari Ma’s feathers and uses them to revive Bela. As soon as she places them on Bela’s chest, Bela wakes up, ready to continue the fight.
The courtiers were heaping praise on Raghu for his valor in battle. It appeared that Sesh Naag and Sesh Naagin had emerged victorious, successfully thwarting the attack on Naaglok by Mehek, Patali, and their accomplices. However, Vasuki Naag was seen weeping inconsolably. When asked for the reason, he revealed that he was devastated by the news of his daughter Trisha’s betrayal of Naaglok. Raghu and Prathna offered words of comfort, assuring him that he was not to blame and that Trisha was solely responsible for her actions.
Meanwhile, Mehek lay sick and bedridden after the battle, while Trisha, distraught and inconsolable, cried for Raghu and argued with Professor. Despite his assurance that he would bring Raghu back to her later, given their limited numbers and resources, Trisha declared that she no longer wanted to live and stormed off. Professor and Mehek followed in pursuit, while Prathna and Raghu focused on nursing Param back to health.
When Ranav finally arrived at Naaglok, he learned that Sesh Naag and Sesh Naagin, aided by Pari lok, had already saved the day. Despite this, he couldn’t shake off the feeling that something was still amiss.

Prarthana then heads to Unnati Maidan, where she discovers Mahek creating a lethal weapon. Professor Jeet soon arrives at the scene as well.
